Easy walk to train station, staff are great!

A wonderful hotel. It is a beautiful property and the staff is pleasant and attentive. The lounge was a great perk with Japanese beers and wine on draft. The room I stayed in was spacious. There are plenty of dining options and a few bars nearby. The area felt safe and was clean.

The toilet is the worst part, it stinks a lot even we changed room already. The stinky bathroom is the issue in addition to the uncomfortable pillows/beddings. The staff were kind though. Definitely won’t choose this hotel for next visit.

The lobby is impressive. The room is a bit more spacious the average Japanese hotel plus large bathroom with big soaking tub. They even provide bath salts! Also the TV allows you to connect with your YouTube, Hulu and Netflix accounts.It was clean and a convenient 10 minute walk to the station.

overprice, not so much for amenities, didnt feel like we get what we have paid for. not so much of a 4star service to it more like barely 3 star hotel.

Very nice hotel with enough space in the room and nice bath/shower. Near hakata station and easy walk. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Only 3 negatives, -rooms lack of sound proofing “ you can hear the elevator ding and open”. -towel size is laughable. Wasn’t large enough to wrap a two month old baby. “Had extra towels brought to the room.” - there are only two luggage carts, good luck getting one. Just be ready to carry your things, staff seems to be lacking awareness. Other than that. Found our two nights there nice.

We stayed there with 4ppl of family including 2 children of 5th and 6th grade. There are 2 beds but too small to have 4ppl sleep. So we ended up upgrading the room with extra charge
