Great location, Impressive breakfast for reasonable price. Clean and comfort room condition. Quiet good.

The accommodation was really nice. Friendly staff. The free smoothie and evening ochazuke was a nice touch.

It’s our second time in this hotel. Rooms are big enough for two. We were very comfortable. Front desk and cleaning staff were very tentative and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I was disappointed was the Japanese buffet. The quality of the food’s were not fresh and less selection compared from my first time I visited (12/2023). Too bad, I was looking forward to it, too.☹️

Very small room and more expensive than Kumamoto but that is probably normal for Fukuoka. Clean and convenient to reach all parts of Fukuoka

Great location and nice room. The only drawback was the pillows: only two super smalls for a king size bed and they wouldn’t issue any additional ones.

Location is good in Nakasu. Just right in front of the river. Surrounded by eateries and covered shopping street. Next to convenient stores and Donki shop. Monorail station is just around the corner. One stop away to the Tenjin high end shopping area. Iwataya is a must go. The canal city mall and the yatai area is also close by. Must stay in the top floor duplex unit with your own open roof private onsen. It’s heaven. Breakfast is delicious but variety is not much. Free yogurt and bath salt in the lobby for guest. 4 parking slots in front of hotel at 2000 yen per day. They double charged me.. already paid for parking when paying for hotel but when I went out and came back to hotel … they collected another 2000 yen .

Good service. Although we experienced a faulty AC system, the staff handled the situation well. Location very convenient for shopping late at night. Bath salts and shampoo choices are great. Overall good service and convenient location.

This place is a good place to go if you are on a budget and also need a place to do work since it is nice and quiet during the day but super lively at night! Over all enjoyment is 8/10

Free drinks, smoothies, bath mixes and great staff was overall a great stay. The room was definitely small but it’s mostly just to sleep after a day of exploring the city so I can look past that. Staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our bags after check-out and called a taxi for us.

Very conveniently located from airport, Hakata station, restaurants and shopping. I liked free drinks and snack! Small room but very clean. I was worried about the noise but it was actually pretty quiet.
