The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance. It is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent

Location is great. It is just a 3-min walk from the JR Gotemba Station. There is also a convenient store at the Station so you can get drinks, snacks etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked a double room but it looked like a suite! Breakfast was quite disappointing though.

The hotel is right next to the Fuji exit of the Gotemba station. Free shuttle buses to Gotemba premier outlets depart from right outside the other exit. We took a bus to Kawaguchiko from a bus station just outside the hotel. A tourist info centre is next door. They recommended visiting the rooftop of a parking lot which was 2-3 minutes by foot, to the right of the hotel as you exit. From here, we got great views of Mount Fuji ! The hotel room was quite comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Would love to stay here again !

Lokasi sangat strategis karena berada di belakang stasiun gotemba. Sayangnya saya memesan kamar dengan view gunung fuji, tapi view yang saya dapat malah view stasiun gotemba. Saya harap ini tidak terjadi dan bila kamu mau mencoba hotel ini saat check in pastikan mengkonfirmasi di resepsionis.

Hotel lama tapi lokasi depannya stasiun gotemba, ada free shuttle bus ke gotemba premium outlet dari stasiun gotemba... kamar cukup luas untuk ukuran dijepang, pemandangan menghadap ke gunung fuji 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel lama, tapi lokasi tepat di seberang Gotemba station, dan ada free shuttle bus dari Gotemba station ke gotemba premium outlets tiap 15 menit.
