Great location for subway and imperial gardens. Fantastic that the hotel had its own DIY laundry to wash a few clothes when touring. Very helpful staff and very big room and comfortable bed. Extra pillow was provided when requested also.

A very good hotel which is impeccable. The staff were very accommodating. Cleanliness is clearly a priority. As is generally the case in Japan, the beds were very firm.

beds are firm so consider that if you prefer a softer mattress. Staff kind and helpful.

A hotel like Relaix Chateau should offer some things free of charge along with little treats to delight its guests. Other hotels in Japan had these kinds of details that charmed us.

Hotel is okay. Rooms are very large but dated. Layout was a bit strange though - the sink is in the middle of the room, and the toilet appeared to be for persons with special ambulatory needs - there was a plastic chair in the shower area. Perhaps we were just allocated that room because we checked in at 11pm. But it was an odd vibe for a supposedly posh hotel.

Excellent facilities, much larger rooms than average for Tokyo, friendly staff, exceptional dining options in the property and a 1 minute walk to the Nagatacho station on the Hanzomon/Yurakucho lines makes it a great base to explore Tokyo. 10 min walk from dining and entertainment options in Akasaka, but otherwise in a very quiet business district.

Lovely and comfortable boutique hotel near Akasaka. Everyone on the staff was friendly, especially the extraordinary concierge Mr. Tada. He helped us with reservations, gave us nice advice on things to do and see. Just a wonderful guy. The room was comfortable and spotless. Sodas and beers in the mini-fridge were included (free).

We like the elegance of the hotel with its spaciousness and a high level of service. Its very central location is convenient to all directions while it is in a quiet area near the national congress building.

Convenient location close to transit and Imperial Palace. Spacious room, remarkably quiet considering proximity to highway. Just a little faded/dated compared to other luxury properties.

Great location for business and leisure activities. Within walking distance of metro stations and 15 minute walk to busy tourist areas. But the hotel itself is very quiet.

Excellent high end property with immaculate rooms and impeccable service. Japanese breakfast is highly recommended.

My family and I are so grateful that we stayed a The Kitano Hotel. This hotel was conveniently located next to the Imperial Palace and the Tokyo Garden Terrace. Don’t be fooled by the size of the hotel from the exterior. The lobby was grand and beautifully designed. The courtyard was 8 floors high with serene bamboo plants growing extremely high up. The service was exceptional with staff always greeting you will a smile. We traveled with 2 children and they were always so accommodating. This will definitely be on our list of hotels when we visit Tokyo again.
