Great service and friendly staff. Super clean and very spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Like that it has a laundry mat for self-service. Location is good if you are family with Tokyo - it’s right next to Nagatacho station which is connected to quite a few subway lines. The bed is too hard for our preference.

The room is spacious and staff are very helpful. The location may not be so central but it is close to one of the underground rail and it is very convenient. The only hiccups was the hotel did not prepare the extra bed for the 3-people room on our first night. But I am not sure if it was the fault of the hotel or Hotels.com.

Stayed here for a full week in late June. Location is super convenient-about 30 foot walk to the Nagaracho metro entrance, making getting anywhere super easy.
Staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing preventing a perfect score are the beds, which others have mentioned. I don’t mind a hard bed at all, but these things were like cement. Absolutely zero give. We got sort of used to it by the end, but my back is very unhappy.
Other than that, could not recommend more.

nice location, 10-15 mins taxi from all the tokyo must go areas. 7-11 downstairs with every essentials during travel. warm hearted staffs with fluent oral english skills. stay for 6 nights and pretty enjoy it.

Beautiful hotel close to Imperial palace and subway line. Excellent food options and service, very spacious deluxe room with comfortable beds. The shower is open to bedroom, which is ok for couples but could be awkward otherwise.

Great location for subway and imperial gardens. Fantastic that the hotel had its own DIY laundry to wash a few clothes when touring. Very helpful staff and very big room and comfortable bed. Extra pillow was provided when requested also.
