Clean and new. The location is convenient and close to subway exits.
However, the hotel relies TOO MUCH on technologies. The light and the bed (which you could turn it to a sofa or bed by switching the level up and down) are controlled by an iPod that the hotel provides to you. Seems advance but it is not. The iPod needs to connect to WiFi to work but it could fail to do so. And it seems a quite common problem as there were a number of residents who suffered as I did. Besides, originally I just need to bring a keycard with me, but now I need to carry an iPod with me. I am not sure if it makes life easier or more inconvenience, given the iPod was just used to control light and bed. Ah, it can also be used as an alarm as all smart phone can be.
Another disadvantage related to the iPod would be staff support. In the day time I reached a foreign lady staff, who very kind and helpful. She helped to reset the iPod when I reported that it cannot connect to WiFi. However, when at night and when the same problem happened, the counter staff (2 Japanese gentlemen) refused to believe me and asked me to go back to my floor and try again. At the end, I came back to the ground floor and they have to reset the iPod as they could neither connect it to the WiFi.
