The Okura Tokyo (大仓东京)

出差或旅遊，只要是去東京我是一定會住這家的，位置好、安靜、附近有我喜歡的餐廳，上幾次入住不知到是沒發現，這次入住房間情況很糟糕..地板滿是油油的鞋印，門把 電燈開關全都髒髒的，一家5星酒店竟然會有這種程度的清潔….太不可思議了

there was a situation happened and feel your staff was handle it not properly . I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room.

優質的飯店，除了離地鉄不夠近

位置就差少少，但服務非常好，可以彌補所有不足

各方面都棒！

一年內住了3次這家酒店，prestige和heritage都住過，兩邊各有優點同樣舒適，但明顯prestige的房間清潔度沒有heritage的乾淨，凳子上有殘留類似咖啡跡…希望酒店管理能留意一下，或者下次還是住回heritage

多次去東京旅行從沒有住過大倉酒店，已知地點不方便附近什麼也沒有，但到日本旅行也應該住一次大倉吧，在這入住兩天慶祝生日，在入住登記那天是我的生日，前台服務員拿了我的護照登記，只用很冷漠的態度安排入住手續，完全沒有留意那天是我的生日，一聲祝福也沒有，本人經常在生日日子入住酒店慶祝，服務好的酒店還會送生日蛋糕給我，如果沒有也會對我說聲生日快樂啊，真的有點失望⋯⋯ 離開那天是在早上六點我們要去機場，怎料到大堂時完全沒有人在前台，找也找不到人，不知是否像外國的酒店一樣放下門咭就可以離開，我們的車子在等候很久了，所以就打算上車，而在這時有一個不是前台的服務員經過，我馬上和他說我們要離開了，之後他馬上研究一下後追出來說要我們付服務稅，要我即時付800日元，那麼我給了一千元紙幣給他，他又找不到200元找回給我，真不明白入住時有給信用卡資料，可以從信用卡付款吧。 我們住在古雅館以為服務會更高級，但整體是沒有服務可言，失望

最滿意的是酒店裝修豪華，員工的態度有禮，房間十分整潔，自助早餐十分豐富，最不滿意酒店的位置不太方便。

The services of the hotel is very good. The staff is courteous. The hotel is very clean and tidy, but only the location is not so convenient, its about 10 to 15 minutes to the station.

Beautiful hotel with truly 5 star service. We felt deeply welcomed from the moment we arrived to the time we returned to pick up our luggage for the plane ride home. The lobby and rooms are gorgeous in appearance.

작년에 이어 올해도 오쿠라 헤리티지 숙박했어요. 인생 호텔로 꼽아도 될 정도로 이번에도 좋은 경험하고 가요. 서비스도 너무 좋고, 객실 컨디션과 사우나가 정말 좋습니다. 호텔 내외부 디자인은 걸작이라고 해도 될 정도로 정갈하고 예쁩니다.

After a 24-hour journey, which included a 16-hour flight and transfers without sleep, we finally arrived at The Okura Hotel in Japan. Receptionist asked me to provide my credit card for the deposit. I explained that I would pay for the room in cash and use the credit card only for additional expenses. However, ignoring what I said, she tried to charge the full cost of the hotel to my credit card. I repeated that I wanted to pay in cash, and then she asked me to show them the cash. I did as they asked, but she said the payment had to be in yen. So I started exchanging my money for yen using the machine at the hotel. I had already exchanged about two-thirds of the room cost when the machine malfunctioned and failed to return my money. I informed them that the machine was not working and that only a small part of the payment was left. However, ignoring how exhausted we were, he said that the room would only be provided after full payment. He then gave us the address of an exchange office to convert the rest of the money. Exchanging the money took about several hour, and finally, after much stress and exhaustion, they gave us the room we had booked for eight nights. Whether what they did was right or wrong is for you to judge, but for us, it left nothing but a bad memory.
