This was a great property. It was convenient to almost everytging we were there to see. Transportation was close and accessible. The staff was very helpful and checkin and out was extremeyly convenient. The room was a bit small but not an issue. Amazing shower set up in the roo..

Staff and cleanliness were great. Good location in Kyoto near lots of transportation options.
Only complaint is that the hotel is on a busy intersection making it fairly noisy with street traffic in the evenings.

A bit far walk (20mins) from the main shijo area, however close to a train station (6mins walk).
Could hear trains passing frequently until midnight which was quite annoying, but it could be better if your room faces the other direction.

This centrally located hotel was in a safe and convenient area. Staff were always willing to help and had great amenities such as water filling station, laundry, coffee and toiletries. This was a great stay, excellent value and I would definitely return!

Good location, but super small room's.... even by Japans standard. Our family of 4 was put into a room with two small twin beds, set as a quad occupancy by the property.... definately a tight squeeze.
