THE REIGN HOTEL KYOTO

環境清幽，步行10分鐘附近有食肆，酒店寬敞舒適。

There is no sign to direct customers to drive into their carpark, you can hardly find it as it is hidden by a building next to the hotel! No drop of space for driving in customer, you can only park the car in front of the hotel which is seems to be a pavement for the pedestrian! I park my car and loaded my luggage, I looked into the hotel but no staff could be found. There were also no sign indicating the entrance!☹️until I tried to walk into restaurant area and found that the front desk were also there round the corner, made me wonder why that 2 staff stand by in the counter not went to the entrance and guide the 4 customer with 4 luggages looking around helplessly ? The room is clean and spacious though, but the room lightning was not adequate, I asked for a more powerful bulb but the staff said the hotel could only provide me a table lamp!

房間燈光實在太暗 借來兩枝枱燈作用也不太 我卻要住13晚 店方實應改善 如果5分滿分 被我扣了1分 其它是滿分的 尤其員工態度 抵讚

服務員都好有禮貌，英文都好好易溝通 特別要讚係清潔，每日回到房間我都感受到佢地好應真幫我整理房間😊

有泊車服務，早餐很特別有驚喜。 房間燈光太暗，能夠加些燈光會更好！

房間舒適，服務人員友善，容易溝通(英語)，但酒店離鐵路有一定距離(5-10分鐘路程)。

素泊まりにはありがたいシンプルなホテルでした。 ネットに玄関や駐車場の入り方を地図上に示して頂くと尚便利でした。

Easily the best hotel experience I had while in Japan. The staff were incredibly helpful, I love the fact that the room came with a tea kettle. Location was easily accessible to the subway. Amenities were top notch. The breakfast spread was excellent.

Dieses Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, sollte es wieder zu einem Aufenthalt in Kyoto kommen! Solltest du ein Problem haben, wird das Personal, nicht zögern es zu lösen! Das Rechne ich ihnen sehr hoch an ! Nochmals Vielen Dank!

Our friends told us it was going to be too far away from central Kyoto, but honestly it was surprising when it took less than 15 minutes to get to every place we wanted to go by bike! The area was so quiet and really clean. The hotel staff honestly was so nice! There was an option for eco friendly cleaning too for the rooms. Overall, we cannot wait to get back to Kyoto and stay at The Reign again! 100/10 for everything.

Location is a Bit unfortunate but 17 min walk to the Fushimi inari is kinda cool

Nice. But when you book a room including a child apparently young kids don’t need bed sheets for the bed until they are 6 years old, or you have to pay extra upon arrival. Very strange.

The room is clean and spacious but the lighting is very dim. Brighter will be better.

Excellent experience! Great location, close to temples and Kyoto Station. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Daily cleaning, well air-conditioned rooms, and plenty of space — everything was perfect for a comfortable stay
