Room being upgraded due to Hotels.com membership. Need to remind the front desk when check-in. (Feb visit is great, they did it without any reminder, thumbs up!). Not sure why they missed it this time. But anyway, got upgrade finally, no complaint.
Pros: Hotel location is great, many restaurants around, different variety of food. It is a convenient location, with multi JR or subway lines junction.
Room view is magnificent, especially the corner room facing Tokyo Tower.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, very good hospitality. In general hotel facility is good and definitely worth the price.
Cons: Room cleaning and tidiness need improvement. There are stains on the wall since the day I checked in and it still there for 8 days. From 2nd day, after the room making, there are dirts and dirt mark on the sofa, which I tried to wiped off but stayed there. Suspect this was left when staff cleaning the room with vacuum cleaner.
Shower hot water adjustment has problem. The adjustment knob is not functioning well.
