Incredible location and easy to acess from the airport. Rooms were comfortable and relaxing great rain shower.
Breakfast was a feast with both extensive Japanese selections and a full western selection too.
Staff very help-full and helped get us with our bags to our Shinkansen train to Kyoto

The best hotel in tokyo. Great location, excellent service, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast! I would highly recommend the tokyo station hotel. It’s not just a hotel it’s the feeling that is priceless.

had an amazing stay for three nights at this historic train station, now luxury hotel. the room was perfect, beds very comfortable and the axiom breakfast buffet was excellent. wifi was good, staff was very helpful and friendly if you needed information...and loved the view looking towards the palace gardens.
