It's a charming little hotel within walking distance of the Haneda Airport. The Anamori-Inari train station is close, making traveling easy. Each floor has a small shared elevator landing where the rooms are located. The cleaning staff come around 10am to begin work. With cleaning equipment, it gets a little crowded on those landings at that time. If you're an early riser and spend the day adventuring, you wont notice. We would often start our day aroud 10am and would took the stairs to stay out of staffs way. If you're a late riser, take the stairs down. It's quick, and you'll get to see the cool mural of Godzilla. There are three convenience stores, a small produce store, a couple coffee shops, and a pharmacy nearby. It's the perfect little hotel for any adventurous spirit to set up basecamp.

Poor hygiene. Leftover from last customer was not removed from the fridge. Only a few bit of tissue paper was provided in the bathroom, no extra roll.
Wouldnt pick this unless you hv no other choice.

整體上不錯。環境清潔需加強（入住時廁所垃圾桶裡還有上一位房客留下的垃圾），退房兩天後再次入住同一間房發現地板上還留有之前行李箱掉落的膠條⋯⋯表示地板沒有清潔

フロントスタッフの居ない無人タイプのホテルで、前に着いていた年配のご夫婦がタブレット端末越しに、見えないスタッフとやり取りをしていたが、スタッフも海外の方で片言の日本語だから、意思疎通が上手く行かない様子でした！
シャワールームの換気扇や排水溝の掃除がキチンとされていなかった。また、壁が薄く隣の部屋の音が気になった！
シアターのメンテナンスが出来て無く、ホテルの売りで有るシアターが観れなかった‼️

Próximo do aeroporto e da estação de trem. Tem diversos restaurantes e kombinis. O quarto é pequeno como um padrão no Japão. Cama pequena e confortável. Equipado com chaleira elétrica é microondas. Chuveiro quente e forte. Não gostei muito do projetor porque ficava travando. Wi-Fi bom. Gostamos no geral. Recomendo.

Had an amazing time in Japan and one of the reasons was Theatel Haneda. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the food options near the hotel are amazing.
