The location was at hill , you have to walk uphill . Though the receptionist is very helpful and nice

Easy check and check out, place was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and not too far from the stations and bus stops.

息子と2人で宿泊しました。 事前に22時までに入らないとフロントが不在とメールがあったのでそれまでにチェックインしました。 タオル、歯ブラシ、浴室とトイレ用のスリッパを持参して行きました！ 洗面、トイレとシャワーは共有でした。 室内で飲食禁止で、 飲食の出来るスペースで食べました。 思った以上に清潔で過ごしやすかったです

We were welcomed by two wonderful ladies that guided us to the rules of the hostel. The location is perfect distance from the city. The service was very nice as expected. I will be coming back to this hostel next time I am in Shinjuku!

Short and simple. Dirty mens bathroom. Good staff, very nice women in the reception. Better luggage room is needed

As everyone else says, the walls in the rooms are really thin. The staff was cleaning or doing something late at night and it made it difficult to sleep. Everything else about the property was fine, and pleasant. All of the rule posters on the walls are a bit off-putting though.

Very pleasant experience and stay! The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were easy to use. The location was also within 15 minutes walking distance for the major train lines in Tokyo.

Great place for a low budget hostel. There is no dormitory, so the place is quiete and very clean. There is a front desk person only from 3 to 10 PM, they are very nice and helpful

Stayed at the Nishishinjuku branch for a few days with a friend. We booked a comfort double bed that was, true to the name, pretty comfy! This hostel offered a great balance of both affordability and comfort. The rooms and common spaces were quite tidy, and the kitchen/refrigerator were great to have. My only real complaint was that it was a bit noisy at times, although I attribute this mostly to being roomed right next to the bathroom. I think it would have otherwise been pretty quiet. Our room also didn’t have curtains, but was still cozy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly both over e-message and in-person. We also had to make a few alterations to our reservation a few weeks after booking, and this was very easy to do through Hotels.com. Definitely a great stay, and would certainly recommend a stay here.

Had a great stay at the Tokyo E Joy Inn. Very clean and very nice people. Only issue was we requested a non smoking room but did not receive one. Other than that great stay.

A short walk from the train station and some tourist locations, room was small and basic with a shared bathroom but it’s a capsule hotel

I’ll not stay again. Underground room The place benefit from having a no shoes policy inside, and a shoe locker at the entrance

Good price and value for a short stay. The other guests were quiet at night which was good since sound travels easy in the rooms from outside. Note that towels are 100 yen each if you don't bring your own (not inckude and eating/drinking in rooms isn't allowed
