Nice location. 8 mins walk to kyoto station. Good ambience, clean, and most important: can put our luggage before check in time. very recommended!

The staff not friendly and not helpful, really unexpectation

Penampilan agak biasa dan agak mahal dengan harga yang segitu. Ditambah lagi kami jadi tidak bisa tidur karena selimut dan kasurnya tidak dibersihkan dengan baik. Saya merasa gatal-gatal semalaman. Saya pikir mungkin ada kotoran atau kutu di selimutnya, tolong lebih diperhatikan lagi.

Nhân viên thực hiện thủ tục check-in rất lâu.

Sangat tidak puas! Ada penambahan biaya. check-in lama. Dan tolong lebih baik dalam pelayanan. Masa pintu dikunci. Ini! ini hotel apa rumah pribadi. Jauh banget dari stasiun. Bohong kalau dibilang dekat stasiun, megecewakan banget! merugikan!

Penginapan ini adalah guesthouse jadi jika anda late check-in sebaiknya beritahu dulu ke frontdesk karena mereka tidak ditempat kalau sudah malam. Dan pintu terkunci.

Dari kyoto station tidak jauh dan tempat nyaman berasa di kamar nobita.

Great place to stay for backpacker. Close to Kyoto station. Easy to find. Friendly staff. And very close to halal ramen.

Siap siap geret koper atau bawa tas 1 km dari stasiun Kyoto. Ter gak nyangka. Dengan harga super murah kamar basic buat 2 orang. Dapatnya kamar super luas buat sekelas hostel. tidak gabung sama yang lain. di dalamnya sudah ada TV, AC, mantap sudah pokoknya.

7 minutes walk from Osaka Station, nice place, nice staffs, you can borrow umbrella if rain comes. I found out that this place just 3 minutes from from nearest halal ramen.

We enjoyed out stay in Tomato. Room was not too big and not too small for two people. Bathroom is outside and pretty clean. They also have clean kitchen and we could put our snacks in this fridge on the 1st floor near kitchen. Receptionist not hanging at the front counter all the time, I just met them once when I checked in and they were super nice (two Japanese males). Location is good only 15 minute walk from Kyoto station, wifi connection is good as well. It was a good experience staying here. I will stay here again if I ever make a comeback to Kyoto.

A big room, comfortable bathroom, many information in common room about kyoto city such as tourist attraction and halal restaurant.

Dari Kyoto station pilih jalan kaki sebelah kiri lurus aja melewati kantor omron masih lurus sampai bertemu jembatan penyeberangan. Menyeberang masuk gang pertama. Di tengah-tengah hotelnya. Sederhana kecil tapi bersih nyaman hangat. Harga juga murah menurutsaya.Klo ke Kyoto pasti ke Tomato Hotel lagi. Nyenyak bobonya.

Aku merindukan tempat ini, kalau ke kyoto lagi pasti aku akan kembali ksni, kemarin cuaca di luar sekitar 1-3 derajat tp km tetap hangat didalam, dekat dengan stasiun

Good for moslems, it also really closed to halal Restaurant Ayam-Ya. Also the hostel is really clean. But the downside is it doesn't have website. So it made our arrangement quite difficult to match their check in time. Oh and it didn't have heater. So prepare yourself sleep on cold
