I like the public bath

Friendly staff, great amenities and bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Only complaint is the washrooms were very cramped and location could be better.

Close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Staff were very friendly

The place was clean and actually big enough to accommodate my family of 4! We had 4 big luggages and still had room to move around. Close to a few 7-11s and family mart! Closet train station was right across the street!

We enjoy our stay and the common bath is very much appreciated. Complimentary water bottles, daily towel changes and free amenities (toothbrush, cotton swab, hairbrush, slippers...) are great! Staff has always been nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very close to multiple subway stops, so it was easy to get to other places in Tokyo. It's also very close to a river and multiple attractions like Sensoji. As with all Tokyo rooms (or so I'm told) the standard double room itself was very small, with barely any space to do anything but sleep. However, during our latest stay here they upgraded our room to the Japanese style double room (due to no remaining standard double rooms), which was much larger and very comfortable. The standard double room did not have much of a view (it directly faced a wall of another building) which wasn't that big of a deal since we were out for most of the day.

Very nice hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel. Very close to a transit line and 10-15 minute walk to all core things in Asakusa. Liked that it was quiet and bed and room very comfortable. We stayed in a Japanese style room and beds very comfortable and it was spacious. My son loved the manga library.

도쿄에 4명이 머무를 방을 찾는게 쉬운일이 아닌데 이 호텔에서 지내서 좋았습니다. 일층 레스토랑도 깨끗하고 맛있었고 호텔에서 제공되는 가운도 너무 좋았습니다. 아사쿠사에 걸어갈수 있는 거리라서 좋았어요.

Nice hotel in a good location for a number of metro links and walking distance to a number of shrines and galleries.

The hotel located close to the subway and train stations, which was very convenient. Staff at the hotel were friendly when we checked in. The room was small but clean. We noticed the temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted and went down to inquire about it. We were told that at this time of the year (beginning of April), the hotel only had the central heat on, we were suggested to open the window. We ended up opening the window since the room was warm and stuffy. However, the traffic outside of the hotel was pretty loud so we had to use earplugs at night. We probably wouldn’t come back again since it’s not the most comfortable to have the window open and earplugs in when trying to get some sleep.

I stayed here for 28days. I was treated with such dignity, kindness and respect that I cried at my departure. A wonderful little place close enough to main attractions but distant enough to feel like part of Tokyo vis a vis a tourist. I loved it immensely and all the people who work there to provide the best experience possible.

Good location, nice staff. They "clean" the free coffee/tea maker every day from 10am-2pm.

Very close to transit. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Walkable to nearest shrine. Room was small but expected because it’s in central Tokyo. We like the luggage storage option before and after we checked out. They have a public bath which was good. Daily water package if you stay over 2 nights. Could use more storage like drawers or rack above the coat hanging rod. Air conditioning wasn’t working when we checked in. Called front desk first night and they switched it on. Same thing happened second night and they said open the window. Messaged them again with my dissatisfaction and they fixed it promptly. They said they had to rotate from heating cooling on each floor. Third night there was no problem with the air conditioning. There’s a coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the lobby. There are no stairs and only 2 elevators so there could be a wait if it gets busy. Overall a decent stay.

Hotel is near a subway station Kuramae for connection to other subway lines and is convenient to get around. There is a tiny public bath on the second floor of the hotel which is good for relaxing after a long day out visiting the city. There is no tea or coffee in the room although you could get these from the lobby. There are 2 lifts serving 10 floors of guest rooms and there is no option of taking the stairs. Staff knowledge of tourist information however is lacking. One of the staff asked me if I have googled the taxi stand at Tokyo station when I asked her for direction there.

its a nice hotel with amenities like onsen available. Complimentey coffee, hot chocolate is available 24X7. Rooms wrre decent considering Japan tepuration of small size rooms. We managed to have our luggage (2 suitcases) open in provided room area. Overall it was a nice stay. For last day, due to weather, hotel changed air conditioning to heat mode and room got very hot and stuffy. Hence 1 star less.
