Small and compact room, self service check in and out, near eateries and grocery stores, free shuttle bus to kawaguchiko station, free breakfast, friendly staffs, water dispensers only on 1st floor

They offer schedule all day to station, there’s a bus stop for tourist bus and some restaurants around hotel. They have a hot stone spa and 2 types of buffet breakfast. I would recommended this hotel.

Great location near the sightseeing bus stop and the hotel also has a free shuttle to and from the train station (stop is to the far right when you come out of the station). This is a big hotel that gets big tour groups, it seemed to be all Chinese tours when I was there. Consequently there are big lines for breakfast early on, and the reception staff are a bit worn down. There isn't a lot immediately around the hotel but there is a combini a little down the hill and a Cafe Gusto a little up the hill. I was here for two nights and slept terribly both nights. The bed was rock hard, I had to check if there was even a mattress because it felt like sitting on a sheet of plywood. The pillows are plastic pellet filled, sewn into tubes, giving the effect of a sack of potatoes. The room was too warm, but the aircon is directed straight at the bed so the choice was to swelter or freeze (moving the direction of the fins did nothing). I couldn't open the window as the third floor room is actually at ground level on the window side because the hotel is built into a hill. I would not stay here again despite the convenience of the location.

While booking it shows the room can sleep 3 people. Even when selecting 2 adult and a child. However the room was super small with a tiny bed which can no way accommodate 3 people. When asked at reception they just say no other rooms available. I feel the portal is deceiving by saying “sleeps 3” including the pictures used. Ruined our stay at kawaguchi

I appreciated the free shuttle from the hotel back to Kawaguchiko station, if you're looking for big westernized rooms in Kawaguchiko this is the place

We were only there one night but it was clean and comfortable

The shuttle bus service to the train station was wonderful but the signage on the bus was not clear for someone just arriving. I don’t mind walking but that was a terrible road even with a small suitcase.

Best in Fuji Kawaguchiko. Easy check in/out self service kiosk. We used the free shuttles to Kawaguchiko station and Gotemba outlet mall (reservations required). Breakfast was yummy. Thank you

Nice and modern property with a super market and sightseeing bus stop nearby. Their breakfast is great! They offer free hotel shuttle services from Kawaguchiko station (both ways). Very convenient! Will stay here again!!

ข้อดี - ที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายสถานีรถบัส Red line No.4 เดินทางสะดวก - บริเวณแถวโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี ติดถนนใหญ่มีแสงไฟสว่าง มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ Lawson ใกล้ๆ, มีร้านอาหาร 3-4 ร้านที่สามารถเดินจากรร.ไปได้ - พนักงานน่ารัก บริการดี - มีบริการรับฝากกระเป๋า, รถมินิบัสของโรมแรมไปส่งที่สถานีต่างๆฟรี (ดูตารางเวลารถที่เว็บไซต์โรงแรมหรือสอบถามที่ front ก็ได้) - ห้องพักและโรงแรมสะอาด ข้อเสีย - ถ้าเลยช่วงหกโมงเย็นจะเดินทางกลับรร.ลำบากทันที เนื่องจากรถบัส Red line รอบสุดท้ายที่สถานีคาวากุจิโกะคือประมาณหกโมงเย็น และแถวนั้นไม่มีรถเมล์สายอื่นผ่านเลย ทำให้ออกไปเที่ยวแล้วกลับดึกมากไม่ได้ - อาหารเช้าฟรี แต่แค่พอกินรองท้องได้ ไม่ได้ดีมาก

Property not as described or shown in the photos. Extreme amount of smoke smell in the rooms, difficulty breathing. Good views of the Mt Fuji from around the town however wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
