Good: #1, location, very close to Sapporo Station #2, breakfast, they offer a great variety Bad: #1, space, the lobby (where their breakfast is served) is too small to cater all visitors, so they offer takeaway boxes too #2, lift, too little to cater all visitors, had to wait for the second or even the third one as it’s so full

Very good location, only few minutes walk from the north exit. Very friendly staff. Speak good English. The room is fantastic. Individual air conditioning in each room and the window can be opened, which is fantastic for someone like me who does not do well with heating mode for the entire hotel. There’s also humidifier which is great for dry winter. The breakfast is delicious with variety of food and drinks selections. The only setback is the sewage system. The odour flushes back when flushing the toilet. But only very mild.

Good value for place, very near to JR station, if you would rather go to area beside saporro, it shall be good. Unluckily, I am a non-smoker but there is only smoking room leave, so I feel smelly, but guess it would not be a problem if I could choose a non-smoking room. But it actually better after I open the window for some moment.
