駅にも近い，ただ壁が薄いのかうるさかった

It was a great stay but after I was moved from a smoking room. This took a couple says but after price and all ask worth it. The laundry service is in need of work. The dryer don't dry. Take your money but don't dry.

Very convenient for everything and staffs were super nice and helpful. The front office and food serving staffs were hard working people. I'll use this hotel again if I'm in Sagamihara, Japan.

Bed was abit hard

the staff is great. check in and check out is very fast and easy. luggage storage is provided which is free. Breakfast is simple but more than enough to fill up my stomach.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. It is very close walking distance to the train station.

I had a good night stay at this hotel. The bed was large but not the most comfortable. I would use again if I was traveling.

The 'free' breakfast is dire. Utterly dispiriting and disappointing

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is very simple yet delicious. However, if you are staying for 5 days, the breakfast lacks variety. Every morning it is more or less the same things. The bed is comfortable but unfortunately the hotel is right next to the railway and the noise of train passing is quite disturbing. You can hear it through the night.

朝ご飯が無料で美味しかった、コスパいい

全体的には満足。 家族4人(夫婦➕小学生2名)には狭かった。特にベッド。エアコンの音が気になって、消して寝ました。

朝食が美味しかったです。 また、利用したいです。

子供と家族旅行で利用しました。 子供の分のタオルなどはついてませんでした。 禁煙ルームが空きがなく予約できなかったのが残念でした。 朝食が付いているのには驚きました。ご飯も美味しかったです。

駅から近く周辺にスーパーなどもあり、利便性がよい。また、ホテルも非常に清潔だった。

立体駐車場は普通車は入れにくかった
