The room was much more spacious than I anticipated, and even the bathroom was larger than most business hotels. Two windows, plenty of light, efficient staff. The included breakfast was so so, but serviceable!

Very helpful reception staff. A good size room for 2 adults and a child (14) Good location with 5 mins from tube station.

Check in super quick! Less than 1m. Baggage check, less than 1m. Staff are friendly, greet you promptly and speak English well. Close to both public transit stations within approx. 5 mins. Free breakfast is efficient and has a variety of food.

Close to public transportation, train station with dinnig option withing walking distance.

Really good for solo travel on the cheap. It is a no frills hotel, where you get a decent room to sleep in. Space is small, but fine. If you plan to spend next to no time in the hotel and to eat your meals elsewhere ( they do breakfast, but didn't try it) its a okay choice. There were 2 washing machines, but in almost constant use when i was there. The common area has seats and tables with vending machines. Breakfast is done there too.

Small but clean and functional room, as seems standard for Tokyo. We arrived at 9am but check-in wasn't available until 4pm. Despite our request to check-in earlier as we desperately wanted to get our 3 year old sowmwhe to sleep following a long overnight flight, the staff wouldn't budge on the rules. However, that seems to be in line with Japan's conforman to rules and process, rather than a reflection on the hotel staff. At 3.15pm we were finally permitted to check-in, with our son asleep in my arms. Despite initially telling us there would be a 1000 Yen charge for the privilege, the reception staff finally asked their manager and 'made and exception' to allow us 45 minutes grace at no extra charge. Comical having just come from Thailand and Nepal, where early check-in times weren't at all observed, but par for the course in Japan it seems. Not a fault as such, but worth pointing out in case you're thinking of arriving early and being allowed to check-in.

A train station is just at hand out of the hotel though we need a transfer at the train station. As a whole, it is convenient for the transportation.

I love everything about this hotel as it is close to everything I want. Their free toiletries especially those overnight milk and facial wash are the best. Can’t get over those items. The free breakfast too ! ❤️❤️❤️

close to 2 subway line ( JR and Asakusa Line). very convenient to Narita airport & Hanada airport. Comfortable bed. good breakfast.

The room is spacious. The bed is big but the pillows are hard. The TV has local shows only, not a smart TV. The breakfast is not so good, no variety and repetitive menu.

Amazing hotel! Staff were helpful and respectful. The breakfast options were amazing. The air conditioner was cold and really helped me during my stay since it was very hot & humid outside.

It is convenient place. You can walk around lots .Lots of interesting dine out places near by . Easy access to Haneda airport (no change of trains ) . Only one thing - it would be nice to cater more for western style breakfast , cereals ,milk , bread need butter and jams , yogurt ,fruits etc
