It was a pleasure to stay here. The staff was very polite and kind. We felt welcomed the entire time.

Disappointed with the hotel - especially the room layout which is very weird. The room door opens to a door - which is the cramped toilet with bathroom. A bed with desk and TV on either side of the toilet/bathroom in the middle. Very limited space to move. Why would I require 2 individual TV and desks? I have such a tight space to open my luggage. Also as my kids stay free, I can’t ask for additional towels for free and it is chargeable. Requested more pillows since only have 2 but none available on first night. 2nd night only provided 1. The breakfast was quite good though with ample selection.

This hotel is basic but quite good, especially considering the price. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Asakusa, Ginza and Oedo train lines. There are numerous food and supermarket options nearby too. The reception staff are excellent and check in was easy. The room is also well set up in terms of layout and the bed is a really good size. I would definitely stay here again however next time I will be sure to ask for a room that has windows with natural light. Our room looked out to a brick wall so was permanently dark; as a result it always felt like it was night time. The bed is also very hard; sleeping on concrete would have been softer. Overall, I recommend but only if you can get a room with daylight.

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Equipments are pretty old, and room can be noisy at night. Recommended if you are travelling on budget.

Stayed for 4 nights. It is close to asakusa & kuramae station which is very convenient to choose which station to go for the trip

This is the perfect little hotel to rest your head after a busy day exploring Tokyo. Love that the area is very quiet at night so you can actually sleep. The shower had AMAZING water pressure. Breakfast was always delicious. My only critique is that the bed is hard as a rock and made me sore, everything else was great !

Everything is too old

i really enjoyed my stay. Staff was really nice, and room and property was very clean. Breakfast included so a nice meal before heading out. Only down i have is the bed. Felt like sleeping on a boxspring mattress. Helpful because i would wake up early to get out an explore.

I’m very surprized that maid of hotel found belonging in guest room but didn’t pick it to the lobby. On check out date I forgot snack in the room and leaved other belonging at lobby. I thought that when I pick up the belonging in evening I can find my snack. But hotel manager said didn’t have any snack in the room and maid also didn’t fonud it. But I didn’t trust her because that room didn’t have other guest to check in after me. I can’t believe that the thief was a hotel staff. I feel that hotel manager didn’t eager to help me. It is very bad impression.
