隔音不好，木造架高地板也會發出聲音。老闆親切，地點好。

地點很不錯的住宿，就近JR上野站，距離飲食街５分鐘，周邊還有一間小超市和一間便利店，周邊和住宿都很整潔。 住宿房間有浴室、共用的有洗衣機和乾衣機，收費便宜；地面設有大水壺可供大家外帶飲用，這在炎夏真的很有用。

工作人員人很好，床鋪舒適、附近環境機能好、離車站近。

The advantage is its proximity to Ueno Station. Another advantage is that the room itself is quite clean. But, the downside is that there is no staff permanently at the front desk, making it difficult to get assistance or communicate. In particular, there is no staff at all between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. For example, on the day of check-out, you can't even enter the building to retrieve your belongings during that time, which is very very inconvenient.

あのエリアでは安いので試してみましたが、寝るだけであれば、問題なし。風呂のタオルと歯ブラシは持参必要。でも、場所とコストパフォーマンスは良かったと思います。

I'm really disappointed. The whole building is old, and not suitable for living. The staff is incredibly rude, and kicked us as soon as the leaving hour was near. It was pouring with rain, so we decided to call a taxi, and they yelled at us to leave the entrance and the surroundings.

中国・台湾の方向けですが、日本人でもさっと泊まる分には何の不満もありません。 部屋も綺麗で静かでした。

Good location near Ueno Station with many train lines. Great for solo travellers who want more privacy than a hostel for very reasonable price.

素泊まりするには十分でした。 駅も近いし、道中にはコンビニやスーパーもあったのですごく便利でした。

一般的なホテルにあるベッドではないため、自宅のように荷物の整理もしやすく、リラックスできました。 また機会があれば、利用させていただくかもしれません。ありがとうございました。

Liked the price. Staff was nice. Didn't like the narrow steep stairway and hallway. Didn't like finding out they didn't have bath towels. No outside sign of any kind.

Very good location although it's a bit hard to look for as the sigh very small and nothing much written show as uneohouse. Nice budget
