Very close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and has all you need to stay confortable. The check in was smooth and easy.

Was spacious and clean. We were very happy with the communication with the facility. Prompt response when we messaged via instagram. We had no issues and very much enjoyed our stay.

I would like to stay again here in the future with family when I go to a trip to Osaka

No housekeeping for our 6 days stay

Have stayed 12 times over 6 years great value close to trains and shops, easy to get to central Osaka & Bullet Trains. Recommend for families and groups. Basic buy all you need.

Great stay. Kids really love it. Plenty space and good distance to shopping train and ferry. Wifi could do better. Will come back again.

Great place to stay for family big spaces

The property is on the older, but very functionable. It was great having 3 bedrooms for a family of 5 and there were attractions, supermarkets, transport and restaurants very close-by. It is approx 30mins away from central Osaka by train. There was a washing machine but no drying facility other than the balcony. The TV only supported local TV and we were unable to connect our laptop to it. We had an incident on check-in whereby there was another family in our room. They got the room numbers confused and managed to enter our apartment with their code. Luckily we were both staying for 3 nights and simply swapped rooms, both of us notifying the facility of the mishap and we had the booking details swapped. Communication from the property was excellent and they were very quick to respond.

I loved this place. I was skeptical as I am not a city girl. But I left our rental car in the parking (which is behind the building FYI don't make the mistake and pay for parking up front!) and hopped on the train as it was only one block away. Wow I became addicted to the trains after this. I loved it. There is a nice wagyu restaurant (izakaya) near by "Chikko Yokocho"

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Was perfect for our visit to Osaka and Universal Studios. Property was clean and comfortable and near transportation. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Very spacious. In an excellent location to walk to the Osaka Aquarium (and adjoining shopping). Walked to the ferry and crossed the waters to Universal Studios Japan - it was perfect!! The only (minor) shortfall is the washing machine. Compared to the other places I stayed at with an all-in-one (I may have been spoiled by those), this unit has a top load washer.

The property was great in size for a family of 5 , we couldn’t work out how to get in the building our only set back . Over all would stay again

Very clean, nice area, easy access to subway and to universal studios. Very pleased, will stay here again if I ever come back.

We love the stay there, super clean, quiet and very convenient, 10 minutes away from Universal Japan.

This was a nicw property to stay at. Very clean and spacious and the AC worked well. Parking on site was free, which was nice.

We loved the apartment, plenty of space for a family of 5. The air conditioning was a perfect and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

I like the overall cleanliness. Only the pan in the kitchen is old.
