We stayed for 2 nights at Uno Hotel just across the Uno JR Station to visit Naoshima Island and Kojima Jeans Street. Exceptional hotel with courteous staff, complimentary onsen, snacks, bottled drinks, and a selection of tea at the pantry. Loved the hotel environment, which was the best of the 4 hotels we stayed in Japan. Breakfast was good with a choice of 3 different sets each day, note that breakfast time slot would need to be pre-selected the day before.

Such a great hotel! Right across from train station, express bus stop, and port for ferry to Naoshima. Our room (two twins) was gorgeous, very comfortable, nice shower, separate tpiletrppm, sink in main part of room. TV allowed access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Our reservation included access to the neighboring onsen, which had both indoor and outdoor pools. Our reservation also onuded breakfast, which was DELICIOUS. A flight of freshly made juices (orange, lemonade, tomato & red pepper, spinach and apple, blueberry and red cabbage - sounds weird but was great), appetizer of steamed veggies and carrot soup, eggs Benedict made with tasty fish, croissant and roll, coffee. So good. FYI the first floor is a hostel (shared dorms and bathrooms), but that didn't affect our stay (we were on the third floor). Hotel has a denim theme thanks to Betty Smith factory nearby. When we come back, we will stay at this hotel and take ferry back and forth to Naoshima rather than staying on Naoshima itself (we had a great hotel, but it didn't give us access to an onsen!).

What a fantastic place. It was ideal given that I was visiting Naoshima. If you to the same, make sure you reserve a bike ahead of time. The baths they give you access to are also spectacular and it was the best breakfast I had while in Japan. They have lots of amenities and it’s beautiful.

El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy bien en la zona. Como huesped tienes acceso a un onsen de muy buena calidad y vale mucho la pena visitarlo. La logistica de explorar naoshima y teshima desde uno me parece que es mucho mejor que hospedarse en el hotel benesse.

Hotel was new and clean and user friendly for self-drive. However, the room lighting and shower was weak, also I don’t like the breakfast, it was a breakfast set, too many juices and drinks and cold food, only the egg Benedict was warm.

Check in 後發現沒有冷氣，到前台通知服務員之後便外出吃飯，回到酒店發現仍沒有，服務員敷衍說開了冷氣要等半小時，但我們出去已超過三小時，於是同行朋友自行打開冷氣的格塵網，發現極之污糟，而導致塞咗冷氣槽，酒店沒有保養，我去很多次日本，這次是最失望的酒店！

Estás muy commode y a un panel ferry y del tren. Junto al mar y a un lado está un Onsen que despues de cambiar por Naoshima , fue lo mejor. Regrese por masaje al día siguiente

Everything in the room was high-quality and thoughtfully selected, with a great sense of style that made the space feel very comfortable. The staff spoke excellent English and provided warm, polite service. The nearby Tama no Yu onsen was amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel generally felt relaxing and pleasant, and the staff were really helpful. I liked the pyjamas so much I bought a set! The hotel also gives you access to a local onsen which was a lovely treat at the end of the day. The only quibble was the breakfast which was good but perhaps not quite worth the money - we had better breakfasts for less elsewhere. But other than that, I really enjoyed it stay at this hotel and would greatly recommend it.

Das Zimmer hat leider keine Aussicht und ist etwas ungewöhnlich geschnitten (Das Waschbecken befindet sich direkt im Raum.) Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut organisiert und sehr gut gelegen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem die Frühstücksqualität und die Möglichkeit, jederzeit gratis einen schön ausgestatteten Onsen direkt in der Fußnähe zu nutzen.

It’s a wonderful hotel gives all the convenience to the guests. Easy walk to pier for ferry to Naoshima day trip after a well-planned breakfast. All the staff are professionally trained & well-mannered. Special mention to Gamal , he gave us a warm welcome at the restaurant for our first lunch. Will definitely come back to UNO Hotel & recommend to friends & families
