Great location and all of the equipments and facilities were excellent. Since the building is located on the main road, it gets a bit noisy in the middle of the night.

Good Business hotel in the heart of Sakae. Decent size room (for J standards) with good/quiet AC. Breakfast was ok too.

Parking is not available. Another onsite parking is so far away. I ended up using public parking which costs so much.

Did not stay at this property. Even though the property advertised a 24 hr prior cancelation policy on Expedia the policy details say they still charge you for one night. So worthless if you booked one room. Got charged for a stay that I never used.

This is a really nice hotel which close to the centre of Nagoya. There are lots of food and shopping option nearby. The hotel is quite new and clean. The room space is really impressive in view of tradition japanese culture (room is usually small in size). Hotel provides toothbrush and nearly all necessities for travellers. The breakfast is nice. Diversity of foods option from japanese to western style. It would be on my list again when I back to Nagoya.

Easily accessible with luggage which was very essential to us, and walking distance from the train station. Plenty of dining and shopping options around the hotel. Great breakfast selection too.

Amazing for our one night stay. Quiet and cozy room

Very nice hotel but just wrong neighborhood. Every nights I woke up from the drunken people from outside. This hotel is in the night club district and has a convenience store that is always busy. So my room was on the 5th floor over the convenience store. A little noisy. The staff at front desk was good but too much like robot! I can speak Japanese but some words are difficult especially the formal polite form. The staff never step down a notch. Even if a professional staff don’t have to use the highest level of speaking sometime should adjust I think. I feel sorry because she had the repeat 3 times and then used a more comprehensive word, However she could uses a little English and other staff too, I just preferred to use Japanese. Overall the hotel is very clean, close to many things and the breakfast was very good.

I was greeted with smiles and an eagerness to serve. Shuka went over the top and treated me exceptionally well. She spoke very good english and offered to help me in any way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. She made me feel at home. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

It is very clean and convenient, a lot shopping place and restaurant around.
