旅館交通便利，也有停車場可以泊車。百貨、便利商店、餐廳都在附近，生活機能相當完備。旅館人員相當友善，房間整潔寬敞。但空調的涼度與免治馬桶的噴嘴清潔程度可以加強的話會更好。早餐也不錯。整體來說是個很適合過一晚的住宿選擇。

The accommodation is close to Wakayama train station, with offsite car parks. The staff was friendly. There's a convenience store downstairs, and many dining options and department stores near the train station. The room was spacious and clean, however, the conditions of the A/C and the cleanliness of the bidet have room for improvement. The breakfast provided is good and tasty. Overall it is a good place for an overnight stay in Wakayama.

非法乾淨舒適的 Airbnb. Owner responded to our query very quickly and is very helpful.

近火車站 房間寬敞, 設施齊備就手

地點近JR站,行2-3分鐘就到,附近有7-Eleven,房間空間很大,可以放兩個26吋gip,但顏色較深沉,燈光亦較暗~大堂有額外枕頭可以自取,亦有welcome coffee.不錯! 早餐可能比較遲才去,款式較少,職員亦沒有refill.

I was very disappointed about the room provided by the hotel. There is no window in the room so we asked the staff changed the room for us or even we pay for another room. The staff, however, did not change the room for us, reject our request and say that all rooms were full. After that, I checked the room available in Hotels.com of same type of room in this hotel immediately. I found that there was still rooms could be book and there was another room type available too. I felt very angry and disappointed about the services provided and wonder why they lied to us. Further I reserved the room at least a month ago but not the last minutes. So why that kind of room could be assign to us. Lastly, I think Hotels.com should specify the details of the room for people to choose. If there is no window in the room, then why I needed to pay the same price but for the room with bad condition. It is very ridiculous.

房間是4人(和式)，兩人入住，空間足夠。房價包含早晚餐，菜式豐富。最喜歡的設施是有免費温泉，衛生環境可接受。

酒店外觀很時尚, 房內也不錯, 雖然有點少, 但尚算潔淨, 免費早餐質素也不錯。有機會會再住,但WIFI有點差。車位滿了,幸好附近有很多停車場

Room size is pretty big and location is convenient. Car parking is nearby. Great value for money. Wifi is strong in room. BF is ok.
