Lovely hotel, it's lower price but clean and serve basic Hotel supplies. The public living room is big and you can see several deers around the hotel. Maderin is available in this hotel.

the room was very tidy and welcoming. the host was so kind and courteous and made us feel very at home. i wish we could have stayed longer! the lodging is quiet and peaceful. i will definitely return here when i have the chance. thank you for the lovely memories!!! the view of fuji on a clear day is out of this world.

押し入れの中に怪しい物体がありました。
芳香剤の匂いがきついです。
お風呂場と流しに虫が出ます。
駐車場に限りがあります。
アメニティの歯ブラシとタオルはありますが、浴衣や食事の提供はありません。

Keine Ahnung woher die 3-Sterne kommen
- Niemand an der Rezeption und Glocke defekt
- kein Restaurant Betrieb, obwohl auf der Page angegeben
- kein Frühstück
- Im Zimmer keine Abdeckungs-Vorhänge (Taghell um 5:30 Uhr ! ), kein Wasserkocher, kein Duschteppich, kein Haartrockner, Wegwerf-Waschlappen (nicht umweltfreundlich)
- Dusche spritzt in alle Richtungen
- Tücher nicht ersetzt und Abfallkorb nicht geleert, obwohl vor der Tür deponiert. Mussten fragen !
- Beim check-out um 9:00 Uhr niemand an der Rezeption !
Das Ganze für 22’000 Yen (chf 130.00) !!!
Unverschämt und unverständlich !!!

I really like this place. It was very cool and relaxing while there. The service was great and the lobby was very relaxing with very comfortable furniture.
The place was a little walk uphill from the bus station and getting taxis were not easy depending on when you arrive.
The downside was the shower took a long time to get hot and the water from the shower head in my room felt like sharp things because of the shower head. They should be changed. The only other thing was coffee or tea. There was a hot water dispenser but no coffee or tea that I could see. Maybe I missed it.
I would still stay there again

浴槽が掃除していないようで髪の毛が何本も落ちていて、触ると汚れで手が白くなりました。信じられないです。この金額でこれは無いと残念な気持ちになりました。
玄関でスリッパに履き替えて部屋自体も目立った汚れはなく、スタッフの方も感じが良かったので余計に残念です。
あと、出入り口扉がかなり重く、取手も掴みづらく握力と腕力が要るのも改善してほしいと感じました。

We booked this and tried to cancel within 30 minutes of booking. The host would not honor it and we basically spent the money having never stepped foot on the property. It was a last minute booking and I expected some more understanding than a quick money grab from the host.
