They cater to English speakers and the staff were like family in a good way.
The nightlife is vibrant in the area and we were able to easily access the subway.

Easy walking distance from the Shinjuku Station and all the nearby eats and shopping. The room was clean and had a good amount of space. The front desk was very helpful and offered suggestions for restaurants and bars. There’s also a bar connected downstairs and it was clean and had a great selection for beers on tap.

I had the pleasure of staying at WPU, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The service throughout my stay was outstanding—every request was handled promptly and with a smile.
What truly stood out was the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. Every corner of the property, from the lobby to the guest rooms, was spotless and meticulously maintained. The fresh scent and well-organized spaces created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
If you're looking for a hotel that prioritizes excellent service and pristine cleanliness, WPU is a fantastic choice. I will definitely be returnin whenever I'm in TOKYO !

This is my 4th stay to WPU Shinjuku since Mar 2024. Clean, nice staff, location are the reasons, super value for money.
The only cons is just one escalator from G/F to lobby…as a solo traveler, when you are going to check in, either you leave your luggage in the street, walking upstairs to ask for changing escalator direction; or carry the luggage with you walking upstairs.
It will be great if hotel provide a scale for putting the luggage instead of a lifting one.
Anyway I definitely will stay again and again at WPU.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. They were helpful at every turn. The room itself was on the smaller side (as is expected in Shinjuku) but had everything needed. All the amenities were lovely and the location of the hotel is central and walkable. Would come and stay here again!

The hotel truly beyond my expectation. The room and the bed is not too small compare to other central hotel, it so close to the shopping and dining in Shinjuku, but it is still a distant from the noisy area. To me, it is a perfect balance.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Good quality products including MALIN+GOETZ bath products. All the basics you might need provided at the front (face cleansers, toothbrush, etc. Plus convienient rentals for anything you might need (iron, steamer, hair iron).
Cheap laundry, kitchen available for use and breakfast tea service.
Great location. Staff were lovely.

Quick and efficient check-in/check-out. The room was an okay size. Really small washroom. In a cool area of Shinjuku that is good for children as well. Seems to be a good hotel for those that are there for a family vacay or a party trip.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, and having the lounge area for tea, coffee and small breakfast is a plus. Dining options are excellent within a few minutes walk

Not only is WPU in a great location in Shinjuku, but it is a comfortable spacious room by Tokyo standards. Coffee and tea are included in the room, and there is a pub and restaurant downstairs. Best of all is the service, the held our luggage safely for hours before arrival, and also held my luggage over 10 hours after I checked out before my flight. They call a taxi for you, speak English, and break change at the front. Their lounge area is awesome with fridge, trash, microwave, sink/napkins, and plenty of relax room if waiting to travel. Highly recommend.
