Excellent hotel and the price is fair. Staff can speak English, the view is great, they offer private onsen for free (subject to availability), which not many hotels will offer. They also offer shuttle to travel between Yufuin station and hotel for free.

The hotel staff was very friendly and positive. They were keen on providing assistance to all the requests that I raised. The hotel is situated rather far from the business district of the town. Visitors with car would be convenient to reach the the town centre for shopping and catering. I would stay again the hotel if I revisit Yufuin.

Very spacious room with a comfy bad. There’s one public bath and 3 private bath surrounded by woods! I had great time enjoying hot spring there! The staffs are both fluent in English and very helpful! The breakfast next day was delicious! I’d like to bring my friend or family to this hotel in the future!

The private hot spring is extremely good. The food are delicate
The room is big with beautiful decoration and there is a stove in the lobby with burning wood, when you step into the the hotel, you feel very waarm
Very delicate western style hotel with very friendly services, I highly recommend to stay there and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday
