房間整潔，唯洗手間抽氣扇有塵跌在廁所上，要自行清理，酒店人員非常有禮，幫忙拍照。

旅館鄰近金鱗湖離主街道及車站有點距離, 但提供預約接送服務, 旅館環境優美, 房間新, 床很舒適, 房內溫泉一流, 員工服務非常好, 早晚餐也很美味, 散步至金鱗湖很舒服, 大家非常滿意的一次住宿!

酒店在出發前好幾日已經發訊息詢問要不要接送服務。司機比預定的時間還要早到達火車站。安排非常貼心方便。接待的員工服務殷勤並且清晰講解。懷石料理非常之美味。我們選擇了有私人風呂的套房，隨時隨地也可以浸浴非常舒服。

雖然地點距離由布院車站有點遠，但旅館有提供接送服務，預先跟旅館預約就沒有問題。職員友善親切，雖然我們語言上有些小障礙，但職員都很用心講解旅館設施，溝通還是可以的。房間整潔，只是wifi有點約，其他人在走廊經過會聽到腳步聲。食物方面，晚餐和早餐都很美味。我會推薦由布院清孔苑日式旅館給其他人。

We enjoyed our stay! Although it was not right next to the Yufuin station, it offered shuttle to bring us to the hotel and back to the station. Very convenient indeed! We had a big family room with beds and futons. The beds and futons were very comfy. The air-con made the room temputure and humidity just right. We had a really good night of sleep. The private onsen in our room was wonderful! The temperature was adjustable and the view was nice. We feel like the skin was smoother after the onsen bath. We also tried the family onsen (reservation required). It was a bit hotter but the setting was special and different from that of the private onsen. There was a public onsen as well. The public onsen may need more cleaning as dust and small insect bodies was seen on the water. Other onsens were very clean. The kaiseki dinner and japanese breakfast tasted good! We usually eat slowly but the dinner was a bit rushy. Would be better if we could have more time to enjoy each dishes of the dinner. Anyways, The staff were very nice and helpful. They took good pictures too! Hope we can visit Seikouin again :)

There are stairs in the entrance, please make sure your family can handle. Besides that, 100 points! Staff are really able to help and nice. We’ve booked standard room but like a VIP Public Onsen is reasonable size and great Standard room is quite big, new and clean Dinner was excellent, breakfast good It is not easy to get there if you don’t drive
