My experience in this hotel is terrible, once I stopped my car and front office staff came to help picking my luggage, but he fell my luggage bag from staircase that made a scratch mark. It is completely unacceptable to made such mistake. I found my room had no internet access despite connected to the in house WiFi, no any access through any area in room and even public corridor. Cleanness and tidiness in public bath is a completely terrible no matter which floors. No any staff assisted to do cleaning and it was full of dirty and used towel anywhere. It was really unexpected experience in Japan like this hotel.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The dining experience was very pleasant and the food was great.

Room is in the morden style but is large enough to put 2 luggages. Have hot water available in the room which you dont need to boil water for hot tea. There are a few hot spring available and all of them are quite spacious and with view. You can enjoy the subrise or sunset if you have hotspring on the top floor. There is shuttle bus pick up from JR to the hotel.

The room 'hot' water is not hot enough. It only can be warm even turn to maximum temperture.

A very enjoyable experience with the onsens and catering. The staffs are warm and professional. Highly recommending this hotel to anyone who are visiting around the Biwako area, and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Excellent guest services, all the hotel staff try their best to make guests felt welcome. Food is really good, both in quality and presentation. Onsen are pretty good, with couple of different indoor and outdoor variety. A minor downside is the limited public space within the hotel compound to walk around (after all the sumptuous meals !)

staff are nice and very helpful. hot spring is in good hygiene. Meals are good. Which can let residents to have a chance to taste Japanese food. in high standard and good service. Easy to communicate in English and warmed heart in service.

An excellent Japanese ryokan which provided variety of open air hot spring. Dinner is extremely delicious and value for money. Don’t miss out the A5 beef dinner which is fantastic. The staff of the restaurant where we had dinner in the ryokan treated us like guest. My 2 boys especially enjoyed the time there when the waitress Yuika served us. She is wonderful! A memorable stay and we look forward to staying in this ryokan again.

外觀環境給人一種殘舊印象 但是踏入門內開始了整個超優質的享受 大廳 check in 、專人簡介、溫泉、晚餐懷石宴席、日式早餐....都是讓人驚呼連連 這是趟令人驚艷的享受！ 接駁專車接送服務超乎預期 想給予滿滿的分數 有機會一定要去！
