The hotel staffs are very friendly and the rooms are cozy, modern and clean. Free water, coffee, and tea service is also good. Breakfast was very good enough and high in quality, although there was not much variety. Breakfast was served as the quality of the famous restaurant Lesnoy. It was my second visit to Bishkek and this hotel is the best.

Comfortable hotel. The attached restaurant is great, as is the breakfast buffet. Probably the best I had in my stays in 4 of the Stans. Had a small gym so I was able to get in a workout.

Really good hotel, very good service and in a great location. Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Would 100% recommend.

Really nice hotel, big rooms, very cheap in the low season so I can’t complain too much. However, there’s a bar next door with loud music during the night. Fortunately I had ear plugs, but I know many people dont like to use them. If you are a light sleeper I’m sure you can let them know before you get there. The staff is very nice and speaks English, specially the girl from the front desk.

It was 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and I enjoy it.

I stayed for several nights at this hotel in the course of September 2024 and I had a very good stay on each occasion. I will definitely return to this hotel, if I am in Bishkek again.

前回とてもよかったので、二度目の滞在です。 スタッフは親切で、清潔かつ機能的な部屋でとても快適に過ごせました。できれば前回同様バスタブ付きの部屋だとよかったのですが、今回は最上階の広くて、シャワーのみの部屋でした。 こちはら4つ星ホテルのようですが、個人的には5つ星ホテルです。

英語の通じる親切なスタッフ きれいで快適なバスタブ付きの部屋 美味しい朝食 道路の渋滞と寒さで、夜、這々の体でチェックインしましたが、こちらで100％リフレッシュできました。1泊だけではもったいないくらいです。

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so you actually enter the hotel through the doorway where one would ordinarily go to the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern (as mentioned, hotel being renovated). Area around the hotel: like many parts of Bishkek, "sidewalks" are a bit rough around the edges, because the city is in the process of tearing them up and replacing them. Area around hotel has plenty of dining and shopping options.Friendly, helpful staff.

Personnel was so great, kind and helpful! I will definitely choose this hotel again just because of them! The rooms were okay, the mattress was a bit laid out.

The hotel is very centrally located but is currently undergoing renovations. It is not wheelchair accessible. Thankfully there is always a porter on the lookout to haul yr luggage up 3 flights. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise and disturbed my sleep. Some stains on the carpet. Room is big though. However I can get better accommodation for the same price.

Ostalis' dovol'ny. Good hotel. Average prices. Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Varied breakfast menu. Quite enough for a full breakfast. We were satisfied.

I didn't like my stay there as one of the hotel staff was harassing me. He tried to tell me whom and when people can come to my room and kept finding reasons to come to my room and ask for 100 usd to take me around the city. Cab driver would offer the same service for 20 to 50 dollars. I didn't feel like I could relax. I finale gave him my whatsapp so he would leave me alone. He then asked personal questions after I left so I blocked him.

В целом все понравилось. Из незначительных минусов: не было мыла, воду поставили только в самом начале, немного шумновато за окном.

Staff/service, breakfast are very good. Rooms are clean. Now the shower sink and bathroom sink were clogged. They fixed it upon request, but then bad smell started coming out of the sink on every use. I spent nights in two rooms and both had sink clogging, apparently plumbing is not maintained well. Also small refrigerator was not working in the room, so they replaced it upon request. TV was not turning off via tv remote, so had to pull it out of electrical socket, then configure the hdmi source on every restart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, since fixing the amenities is the last thing you wanna do on your leisure.
