For me personally my stay here was great. Very clean and the place has tons of room. The pictures are true 👍 But, could use a bar and/or an included breakfast.

I previously stayed at Cozy in 2018 and it was great, so I expected the same this time in 2024. The apartment we stayed at was run down, with water stains and paint peeling off the walls; water from the showers flooded the floors outside the showers; the washer/washing machine was filthy, not even a single complimentary pod or a little laundrry detergent was provided to get one started; the showers did not have hot water, which was eventually fixed but at great inconvenience to us. On one of the colder nights I requested an extra sheet or comforter. They declined saying it was their policy that guests could only use what had already been provided and wouldn't make any accomodations, yet there wasn't even a top sheet on the beds - just a fitted sheet and comforter. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not stay here again, and will advise others not to stay here either.

Its a nice clean family apartment in a safe location. The staff are welcoming and are vigilant on security. There are no dinein options but one can easily get food in nearby restaurants or cook for them selves.

I had to check out after my 1st day of check-in. The showering water was cold, Kitchen utensils were in terrible condition, the bathroom walls were full of mold, and drainage in the bathroom was not working, the water was flooding in the bathrooms. I recommend the facility to renovate this property before advitizing it to clients.

Great apartment very spacious and clean, staff very friendly and so helpful. Everything was so good and relaxing. The things lacking was a restaurant on site and a pool.
