Un bel emplacement pour un départ de safari. Le salon d'exercices dans l’édifice en annexe était bruyant dès 04h00am certains matins. À suggérer les chambres du côté de l'entrée.

It is a good transit hotel.

A very nice hotel helpful and friendly staff, very secure, loved the bath tub, but the rooms are very small and the internet was very patchy. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would return for a stay there again

The reception team was very understanding. My whole team had issues with our visa cards but the hotel allowed us to check in without upfront payment. We had to sort out the payment in the course of our stay. However, the hotel may consider welcoming guests by offering them a glass of juice.

My stay was too short to say much but okay.

Super friendly personnel, The hotel is very safe but you need to take Uber or other transport to get around. But Nairobi in general is like that. The quality of the food in the restaurant could be improved!

We’re in Nairobi a few times per year and have stayed many places. The Hillpark was recommended to us by a friend in Nairobi so we tried it. The service was great, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the location is good. We’ll definitely be staying at the Hillpark again on future trips!

Needed a place to sleep before going on a safari and it was important to get some online work doen as well. WiFi did not work upon arrival. Took several hours before that was brought in order again.

The Hillpark is quite outdated, although all the facilities work, maintenance is obviously not a big priority there, the first 30 minutes of the stay was getting things fixed, eg: 1 towel for a couple, pool of water on the floor where fridge leaked.... Once it was all done, the stay was pleasant, nice bed and staff did try and help when they could...

Stay qas amazing. The staff were courteous and very friendly. I was allowed a late check our with no extra charge.

Good value for this part of Nairobi. Bed very comfortable. Gym was great with good quality equipment. Quite a few mosquitoes in the room - windows could do with mosquito screens.

Full worth for the price paid for. For budget and pocket friendly stay one can choose hillpark. Pricing was sweet at hotels.com. Location was not far away from main happening areas yet had its own peaceful charm. Inhouse Restaurant and bar is next to it. Would recommend this property.
