Very close to bus booking offices if you're catching a bus to nearby cities

The hotel isn't at the level of a 4-star hotel unlike the listing in Expedia. The furniture is wearing out, and the quality of the room and bathroom of a 3-start at best. And it's too expensive, and located in a dirty, unsafe, traffic-jammed area. It can be extremely difficult to book a cab in that area. However, most of the staff members I interacted with were understanding and helpful.

It is right in the middle town and located Fairly close to the airport.

This hotel is located in a high-crime and crowded area. Most ofensive is the fact the bathroom facilities were fithy!!! Online view very deceiving.

Not the more peaceful location in town, room layout can be better. Restaurant is disappointing. Staff are nice and helpful. It feels safe, and has wifi. Price is cheap since I booked with plane ticket. So no complain.

The hotel is located in city center and easily accessed. It is not fancy but the staff is very friendly and the restaurant served good food. The hotel was clean and functional and it was a good value for the price.

Personal de recepción muy amable, wifi bastante buena, restaurante muy bien calidad/precio, y cama muy cómoda. Peores puntos para el agua de la ducha que no sale muy caliente y para el desayuno que no saben explicarse y te ponen lo que quieren.

Room was Ok, clean. Toilet/shower jn the same space, quite basic. He hid dinner in the hotel., basic but Ok. Good service from the employees. Area around the hotel is not too nice: lots of small buses and people movement, very dark by night does not make you feel very safe, better not to walk around after dark

The hotel is fairly new but needs lots of upgrades. The area is a bit noisey with lots of traffic and music. there is no telephone in the rooms, has flat screen tv ,No hot water in some rooms. Bed is comfortable room is ok but needs upgrade done to bathroom. Breakfast is ok, no fridge, no phone, has free wifi. This is not a 4 star hotel.

The room is clean, the breakfast was pretty good. But if you plan to head to the airport from here, you should at least expect about an hour because it gets VERY congested during the day and bad traffic jam. I tried to take Uber but got rejected by 5drivers because no driver wants to get stuck in traffic.

Greit opphold på Lagos. Ligger i en litt bråkete del av Nairobi hvor busser og matutuer har stoppested. Mye trafikk og tidkrevende å komme til og fra hotellet. God frokost.

We were moved around between two rooms, Neither had hot water. Rented the suite without any towels, toiletries water or even a toilet seat! Had to be downgraded and weren't compensated. Horrible service.

The hotel itself was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location however was horrible. I did not sleep at all because the noise was so loud from the extremely busy street outside and the windows did not hold any sound out. The room itself needed some updating and while it was clean, it was so old that it seemed dirty.
