酒店仅靠海边，硬件挺好，早期五星级酒店的配置，管理略差。

The staff were respectful and made our stay comfortable. The food was in plenty and of good quality. I highly recomend the place.

Staff were great.

Lovely place to stay. It is a little old and could use some renovations. The AC is quite old but it works you just have to be patient. The internet isn’t strong enough in the room but someone sorted out our TV when we complained and we could stream movies. Housekeeping is amazing and the hotel has commendable hygiene standards. We got our beddings and towels changed daily. Our room was also cleaned and common areas were kept clean. The food is amazing. Special thanks to Chef Anne who took time to chat with us. She was lovely. I especially really enjoyed that there was lots of options on every meal. They have some amazing waiters like Elizabeth, Methu, Johnstone, Ian, and a young lady that mostly served us when we were in the beach area. However, part of their waiters could use more training on customer service especially those that were working the breakfast shift on Sunday 7th Dec and Wed 10th Dec. One lady was particularly very rude and disinterested. Generally, it was a good experience we enjoyed our stay and might consider coming back.

Efter en förfärlig incheckningen på kvällen med dubbelsäng istället för separata sängar, trasig toalett, trasig safe-box, löste managern problemen och bad om ursäkt. Vårt bagage flyttades snabbt dagen därpå till ett nyrenoverat rum med separata sängar och fungerande inredning. Matsal med gott om plats. God mat från buffe. Rekommenderas helpension eller all inclusive. Hotellet låg precis vid fin och välskött sandstrand. Fint klart vatten. Tyvärr var flera solstolar trasiga. Försäljare gick på stranden men de var inte påstridiga. Två pooler, en för lugnt simmande, en för ledarledda aktiviteter samt liten barnpool. Möjligget att boka spa och massage. Ett hotell för den som uppskattar hav och sandstrand samt lugna aktiviteter. Vid bokning bör man försäkra sig om att få rum i den nyrenoverade delen. Hotellet är under renovering och i de gamla rummen är mycket trasigt och smutsigt med flagnande färg och kladdigt övermålade hål och skavanker.

The staffs are very are very nice and professional.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was very bad and tasteless, when I tried to bring food and drinks from outside as an alternative they told me they don’t allow. I should have stayed Serena or white sands.

The buffet was finished before the time was up. There was no water in the hotel for several hours. The AC wasn’t working in our rooms.

There was no hot water for the shower

The staff are so kind. The beach is out of this world, gorgeous. Unfortunately the hotel is very outdated and was not very clean. We had roaches and beetles in our room. And none of the sinks worked , they were all clogged. But I need to highlight truly how kind the staff is.
