The AC did not even work I had to call the security person to come and start it. The water for showering had a foul smell, and I did not even shower or brush my teeth there. We had to go to a different hotel to take a bath.

It was welcoming hotel. Wonderful service, breakfast not as good as I expected. Over all it was ok except mosquito bites.

Air condition unit needs fixing, otherwise very nice place to stay.

They did not change the bed linen but only spread the bed with the same linen the whole time I was there. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden box. It was not comfortable to sleep at all. In fact, I could not sleep because of how hard the bed was.

In general for the price , it was perfect....thank you to the hospitality team, and thank you to the manager...

For the price, it was absolutly perfect, sometimes needs some ajustements, but they fix it pretty quick...for a decent price hotel it pretty good...

Tjusig lobby med trevliga och hjälpsamma receptionister. Väldigt dyrt i restaurangen men gott. Bra sängar men smutsigt i badrummet med hår liggandes här och där. Ej helt ljudfritt under natten.

Interesting art and images of antique carvings on the walls of upper level hallways, a nice touch. My fav place to stay & dine in Kilimani.

The stuff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. I would definitely go there again

The facility is just average

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Terrible don't do it, luckily I was only there one night in between trips, no air-conditioning, old dirty furniture, the room was filled with mosquitoes, when I open the wardrobe there were more, it spent two hours catching and killing mosquitoes.

When taking a shower the was sometimes cold and warm.
