The entrance to the hotel is not clearly marked, making it harder for the guest to find the way to the hotel. Little to no support with directions and luggage.

It's a good place for my future plans.

繁華街という周辺環境から、夜でも外が騒がしかった。 一方でお客の困り事には親切に対応してくれた。

Receptionist wanted payment even though I had already paid which was a red flag. No hot water , no WiFi in the room.

Not right for people life style

Everything was good , just internet connection in my room had problem .

The Narobi Transit Hotel is quite nice for the price. The room is simple but clean. I you are American, think "Motel 6." Be aware that it is not near the airport. It is a good 30 minute drive. They can send a driver for USD 20 or KS2500.

On the first day of our stay, we had some issues but they were fixed the next day, staffs were helpful and we decided to extend our stay. Thanks.

Was there for one night and slept quite well.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Security was excellent. However, the surrounding neighborhood was not very nice.

The hotel is basic but it is clean, it has satellite tv, free in room WiFi. It is close enough to Nairobi city centre. It is a good hotel for the money.

No free wifi as advertised & shuttle ride round trip should have been $25US - there was no such thing I paid to & from $50US. I paid $73.00 & it was only 55000 Tz shillings - so will not recommend to anyone - it was also around an hour from airport. Unsatisfied customer.

The hotel was rated higher, but I thought it was in the 2-star category. Dirty walls in the lobby and hallways, curtains and towels stained in the rooms etc... and small cockroaches in the rooms. The sheets were clean though, and for that I was appreciative. But the hotel needs to be better managed overall and be prepared for some surprises in terms of quality lapses

This is an e adequate hotel for the price; located on a noisy street.

A hotel near the airport with some activities near it :- Museum excellent. food market good too. It is in a noisy neighborhood and taxi from and to airport is costly. Good view opportunity but only public transport station and street vendors meet the eye.

Hotel dicht bij het centrum en de weg naar vliegveld. Ligt aan de voorkant aan een drukke weg en aan de achterkant aan een drukke wijk met plaatselijke markt. Niet echt een omgeving om doorheen te lopen. Kamers wat verouderd, goed bed. Lekkere douche. Zeer vriendelijk personeel waarvoor geen vraag teveel was. Elke dag schone handdoeken. werd goed schoongemaakt en gedweild. Ontbijt was voldoende en we hebben ook goed gedineerd.

Bei Reisebestellung ich wollte Raucherfreizimmer haben. Leider erste Tag ich Raucher bekommen. Nach der Beschwerde bei der Expedia der Hoteldirektor hat Persönlich diese Problem gelöst. Internet war sehr schwach. Ich ganze Tag außer Hotel. Am Abends ich könnte nicht richtig WhatsApp senden. Ich sollte mehrere versuche machen.. Sie haben Zimmer gewechselt. Aber leider es funktionierte nicht.

Old facility. Hot water didn't work. Power goes out. Dirty towels.

Heures de pointe à éviter si on ne veut pas voir les 20min en taxi se transformer en 2h30. Hôtel pour une nuit, mais pas plus.. Et encore ! Pas de moustiquaire, pas de ventilation, pas de clim dans la chambre. Salle de bain vétuste avec un aspect salle. Si vous demandez un réveil matin dans la nuit, programmez néanmoins votre réveil : il vous sera utile pour réveiller celle qui doit le faire ! Restaurant : attention à la qualité de certains plats (bœuf). Seul point positif, le personnel d'accueil à la réception et le personnel de service au restaurant très accueillant et très attentif.

Veldig bra standard i forhold til pris - sentralt beliggende, hyggelig betjening, grei stanard på restaurant.
