I have been all over the world through especially Europe and the USA, I can certainly say this is the best hotel that I have even stayed for such a price. As a matter of fact, it is way better in so many aspects than hotels that were triple its price. I would recommend to anyone including my family and friends. What a beautiful, clean and new hotel with all the amenities. 10 out of 10 for sure!!!! Blame me if you get disappointed which you will not !!

Great hotel and very new. TV wasn’t even programmed yet on satellite TV! Saying this great service from staff. Rooms are big and somewhat quiet
Keep up with maintenance as corridor scruff already exist. Stay on top of it or you loose control. Yes I would return :-)

I had a wonderful stay in Novotel Nairobi. It was centrally located in the Westlands neighborhood and near lots of restaurants, nightlife and shopping. It was easy to get uber as well. The service was great and the rooftop restaurant was a vibe on the weekend. The rooms were big and clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Staff went above and beyond when I could not book a tour. Rooms were very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Roof top pool had the best sunset and good food as well
