I enjoyed my five night's stay at PrideInn Azure over the New Year's period!
The staff were responsive from the time I confirmed my booking and this dedicated customer service was carried through from check-in till the end of my holiday.
I was also granted a late checkout as requested following two flight cancellations from my aireline.
The 2025 Nairobi New Years city fireworks display was a sight to behold from PrideInn Azure!

The hotel was surprisingly very nice. The check in was nice and staff very friendly. The room & bathroom are an excellent size. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant had good food while we lounged by the pool.
The only thing I didn't like was that I thought the shuttle was included and when we took it for a 10 minute drive to the mall (it was very close but with traffic it took longer. You can actually walk faster), we found out it cost 1000 shillings. We took a Uber to the airport and that only cost us 880 shillings! The cost was quite outrageous.

The rooms are an excellent size and very clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool area was a little small but close to the dining area. Food was good, we just had light lunch. Only thing I didn't like was the charges for shuttle. They were high compared to getting Uber

I was drastically disappointed and so were other guests. Food wasn’t good, room was hot, AC didn’t work, everything seemed complicated and people weren’t very accommodating with only a few exceptions.
Pictures of gym aren’t very accurate.
More problems than I could even mention here.

To print my payment receipt, upon checking out, I was told by the front desk office that it would take few days and that it will be mailed to me to my country. How could that be ? Thanks to the duty manager , I was saved and made it to the airport at the last min. But why? Why? Why?

We stayed twice at this hotel in October 2024, before and after our 4-day park tour. The hotel is very inviting, spacious rooms (we had two different ones, both were great). The hotel has its own restaurant with both indoor and outdoor sitting. We ate breakfast buffet and of menu dinner the first night and lunch and breakfast the second night, food and service was great too.

Huge space if higher room option, humid floor in washroom, strong shower pressure (4th floor) but also robust bidet tab (be careful), 2days construction (machine cutting pipe poles in pool) noise, found running roach in dish stack at breakfast, friendly helpful staffs, forward lean chair at work desk, overall, if you choose above Superior room, more than enough space
