good and comfortable but air condition in bedroom is seem not enough cold.

The friendliness of the staff and employees would definitely make me have a desire to return to this location when returning to Nairobi. They all made it so fun and enjoyable to be there. Each and every one of them were always willing to do what it takes to make your stay more enjoyable and always with a smile.

I’ve stayed a few hotels around Nairobi within the past 3 years and Pride Inn is one of the better hotels I have stayed in.

Room was large and had a nice bathroom. Good location in Westlands close to Westgate mall. Enjoyed discounted rate for longer stay, but carpet needs cleaning and exercise equipment needs updating.

This property is great! Strongly recommended! Great service and great team. I would stay here again.

The rooms are an excellent size and very clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Pool area was a little small but close to the dining area. Food was good, we just had light lunch. Only thing I didn't like was the charges for shuttle. They were high compared to getting Uber

Great service from the front desk to the restaurant and the food service

I enjoyed my five night's stay at PrideInn Azure over the New Year's period! The staff were responsive from the time I confirmed my booking and this dedicated customer service was carried through from check-in till the end of my holiday. I was also granted a late checkout as requested following two flight cancellations from my aireline. The 2025 Nairobi New Years city fireworks display was a sight to behold from PrideInn Azure!

I was drastically disappointed and so were other guests. Food wasn’t good, room was hot, AC didn’t work, everything seemed complicated and people weren’t very accommodating with only a few exceptions. Pictures of gym aren’t very accurate. More problems than I could even mention here.

I wish I could've brought my breakfast to my room instead of having to eat in the dining room.

The hotel was surprisingly very nice. The check in was nice and staff very friendly. The room & bathroom are an excellent size. Breakfast buffet was good. Restaurant had good food while we lounged by the pool. The only thing I didn't like was that I thought the shuttle was included and when we took it for a 10 minute drive to the mall (it was very close but with traffic it took longer. You can actually walk faster), we found out it cost 1000 shillings. We took a Uber to the airport and that only cost us 880 shillings! The cost was quite outrageous.
