L entree de l’hôtel n est pas propre a cause d une construction en cours. Mais le personnel était gentil avec un service accotable.

The staff is amazingly helpful, and for the most part, the property is in good order. There is a hospital across one street and a major construction project

Stopped here one night, really decent place for the price. Breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend.

Very pleasant experience, staff nice, and especially as a muslim traveler, everything was halal which was a big . Breakfast was suberb, literally no need to have lunch, and while the menu could maybe be less expansive as there were multiple different cuisines as an option, everything I had was really nice. The only real downside for me was the surroundings, with a construction site right next to the hotel entrance and poor road condition but that is not the fault of the hotel. Overall, I would definetely come again

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff went out of their way to help us and we were able to leave our bags during the day once we had checked out, before we left for the airport later in the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again - fantastic value for money.

Eine gut gelegene Unterkunft, die vor allem mit einem sehr guten Service und top Essen punktet. Wer ein super modernes Hotel will, ist hier sicher falsch. Wer aber ein solides Hotel sucht und für ein paar Tage Nairobi erkunden will, wird hier glücklich werden. Erwähnt sollte noch werden, dass die Umgebung muslimisch geprägt ist und sich eine Moschee in Sichtweite befindet. Insgesamt liegt das Hotel an einer belebten Straße mit einem Krankenhaus gegenüber. Haben uns aber nie unsicher gefühlt.

The hotel was clean, but needs some upgrades. Staff was very welcoming. The staff helped us with snacks for dinner because the restaurant was closed. Parking space was very tight due to limited building space. Breakfast had limited choices, but it was good.

The hotel needs work but the service makes you overlook everything that would normally be a problem

The Samra is a home away from home. The staff is wonderful and I definitely will stay there again. One thing that I think you should know is that they don’t have elevators/lifts.

Excellent restaurant and strategic location between airport and CBD but direct surroundings did not feel very safe. What's worse is our left luggage for 2 nights was stored in the lobby openly despite agreed differently, once we came back they said "ah it was yours, we were wondering..."

Great no frills hotel, stopped here on a quick overnighter on way somewhere. Only 20 mins from Airport 800ksh taxi and take a late evening check in
