We had a fabulous stay at Sentrim Mara. Some of the other reviews did concern me before booking but I found this place to be good value for money. Also, the lodge was so spacious!
The staff are wonderful, Geoffrey was friendly and attentive at the restaurant, chef Nicholas was helpful with my lactose intolerance and there were many other wonderful staff too.
For my birthday the staff bought me a cake while doing native Maasai singing and dancing, it was a very memorable experience.
Thank you to all the staff.
Only thing that would have made it better is a heater in the room but I’m sure if we’d asked one would have been provided.
We’d definitely recommend.

Lodge complex within Masai Mara National Park which makes it very convenient
Lodges are in the process of being repaired
Food was very good, staff are great fun and incredibly helpful
Hotel secured us a guide to explore the Park at short notice.

Massively impacted by rain floods which made main road leading to and fro the lodge near to impossible to navigate on or over. Rivulets and erosion break offs.
Staff dedicated and committed, food varied and 3-meal buffet style offered plenty of choices.
Accommodation naturally rustic and 'hut-like' as one would expect and seek out on a Safari tour. Electricity generally generator-powered and solar-supported.
Nice rustic setting overall and strong efforts made of daily outdoor maintenance being undertaken.

It's an excellent hotel and the very first thing is no words to explain the hospitality of the staff..right from the head Moses..chef Simon & team and the house keeping.
The only sad part is about the electricity. Bad..just two hrs till 8 only in the morning n evening till 8 only ..the inverters don't support even for one light in tent room .and the worst is no cell signal at all!
Otherwise it's great mainly for those who hit the pillow early and want to get away from calls!
