The property is quite nice with some level of privacy which is really amazing, great value for money!The location is very convenient,15 min drive from Malindi Airport ( depending on the roads condition ). We had some low points though ,like blackouts -very disappointing as food in the refrigerator got spoiled on two occasions!, edge reception upon checkin , irritating beach boys, and NO PRIVATE BEACH! also the air conditioning system wasnt working most times. I think its a great place if management could work on customer satisfaction and experience.

The property on the outside looks ok. But the bedding, the room and the pillows are filthy dirty. The bathroom fixtures terrible. The staff are friendly with wonderful smiles. However, the manager cannot keep his word. Becarful before booking.

Big room and very close to the beach. Everything ok except lots of mosquitoes in the room so didn't have peaceful sleep.

The description of the hotel is a lay. In this website it said the hotel has private beach and in sea front, also it’s saids that transfer from the airport is free. None is true and when I enquiry the manager was rude and dismissive. I’ll never stay there again. The hotel is in the second road and it’s a road between the gate and the beach. Totally misleading information

The property did not represent what is shown online. I had very bad experience in my first night and I decided to checked out in the morning I called and emailed Expedia and unfortunately I not get any response. The restaurant was under reservation and was not open, the place was dirty and not pleasant at all. It was advertised as a beech front hotel and that wasn't true. I requested refund from Expedia and never had any reply either. All in all this was very bad experience and I don't recommend to anyone. I hope that Exoedia checkout what they sell before they advertise.
