Overall ok - just the bathroom needs improvements (dry place where to place your things, more hooks, hand basin needs a plug for washing small laundry). Breakfast very good with nice view. Location not the best possible - in the nearby nothing interesting. Taxi service from/to airport excellent.

The offer as booked of a free breakfast was not honoured. Even though Expedia said they would try and sort it out, it made no difference. Many other minor things like: poor toilet ventilation , difficult to achieve a constant acceptable room temperatre, etc. Really spoilt our Kuwait visit.

Very friendly staff, I arrived early and they let me check in before scheduled time. Clean room and comfortable sleep.

Nothing was as shown in the expedia.com. Free Breakfast was included but property didn't provide it free. WiFi very poor. There was no bathroom slippers. No complementary drinking water, coffee or tea were not available in my room. Stuff behavior was not cooperative and friendly. Over all property services ware very very bad.

I requested for Airport Pickup but they didnt bother to reply or turn up. Staff doesnt understand english. They cant afford to even get a razor when i needed it though i was willing to pay. Showing 4 Star but hey are not qualified for 1 star. Requested for water bottle atleast 1 bottle a day, they denied as they offer just 1 bottle no matter how many days you booked for.

Everything about this hotel is misleading. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel; I would give it 2.5 at most. The rooms and the lobby take you back to the 80s. The beds are too old and cheap that they are so uncomfortable. There is paint over the the doors and windows frames. They have very cheap beddings. The bathrooms aren't ventilated. On our last night, a smoke smell literally woke us up and rushed our checkout. HIGHLY NOT recommended!

The Wifi is too bad, dosent connect in some areas in the room, u have to set next to the room door to get connected, hotel is very old

The room had a good size and was clean. Good size bathroom and very friendly staff. Close to restaurants and sights. Free airport shuttle.

Good room & facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast & free airport transfers. Good swimming pool.

Business trip. Bit of an odd place. Room very nice and comfortable but restaurant bit of a throw back to yester-year.

There’s no tea or coffee facilities in the room, there was water leaking in the bathroom from the W.C valve

The hotel provides a nice comfortable room. Location is fine but no restaurants other than the ones at the hotel and one in the hotel next door. Restaurants are adequate. Pleasant staff and very helpful drivers who take care to get you to the right terminal.
