Really friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very kind. The room was pretty decent fir that price. I would stay there again. Asia mall is not far from there.

It locates quite neighborhoods, has friendly stuffs and offers good breakfast and services.

Nice and friendly staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. They resolved the issues I approached them about. It was an unexpected surprise when they offered a lunch box on ny last day because I was leaving before breakfast

The room was nice. The staff was very helpful and polite. The food at breakfast was plentiful and good varieties. The area around has several nice cafes , a shopping mall and some stores.

Did not provide room in spite of confirmed booking and prepaid. We were stranded and they would only say we are over booked.

Tolles und bequemes Hotel. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und leider kostet der filterkaffe auch extra.

Nice place to stay

Over all a pleasant experience and location is good. Breakfast is pretty good. Some of the Staff are very helpful and especially Niyaz and Aidana were great. But general manager not very helpful and he failed to understand basic courstsy in hospitality. A negative aspect is the gym. There is not much equipment. They need to provide at least minimal equipment to call it a gym! At the moment I would say they don’t have a gym!

Чистота и аккуратность, отзывчивый и постоянно улыбающийся персонал, который немедленно отзывался на любую нашу просьбу, Красивый вид на горы с террасы на крыше отеля, где можно пообедать или выпить чашку кофе, качаясь на качели, белоснежная постель и удобные кровати, бесплатно ежедневно предоставлялась бутилированная вода и туалетные принадлежности, разнообразный завтрак, в номере чайник и чай - вот неполный список достоинств отеля. . РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!

Decent budget hotel in walking distance (~15min) from the city centre with a good sovjet flair. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, internet works, and you can park in front. There must be a stunning view of the mountains if the weather permits it. The room was extremely warm (~30C) and it was not possible to regulate (or turn off) the heating.

We've booked the hotel long before the stay. But when we arrived to check-in, the rather unprofessional staff told us they did not have any rooms anymore. They organized a free transfer to another hotel in Bishkek, in a totally different part of the city. The room at the other hotel was cheap, much worse than the one we expected at Discovery. The worst thing is that they did not even warn us in advance about the changes.

The hotel is in walking distance from the city center. Hotel is quiet with good beds.

Staff was very helpful with ideas for travel in the country and with plane resevations in country

Все замечательно! Но: 1) Если Вы предлагаете гостям в номере чай, то где сам Чайник??? 20 Если в холодильнике предлагаются напитки, то где СТАКАНЫ??? 3) Ресторан: сидишь в ресторане как в аквариуме!!! Администрации: расставьте чайники и стаканы по номерам. Подумайте как "прикрыть" стеклянные дери ресторана.
