Great little spot at the end of a pretty main road. So therefore it's "Glagol 1". If you walk a kilometre down the Glagol you get to Dordoi Plaza which is a really nice shopping mall. Anyways, the rooms are clean at the hotel and I enjoyed my stay there. Staff are very helpful and responsive.

The hotel was clean and to a very high standard. You have 3 choices for breakfast. Reception staff speak good English. The only issue I have is the close proximity to a railway line and the rough location. Could also do to have kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.

The room was creepy small and they never came in for cleaning even upon request. And there is a train track right behind the property which was noisy even at night. Overall I had a worst experience with them.

L'hôtel vient d'être rénové (peinture en cours fin septembre) tout est remis à neuf aux normes européennes, vraiment aucune critique à émettre! le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable et bons petit déjeuner. Le centre avec restos,shops,etc est à 15 min à pied.

An excellent value for money. The hotel and its amenities are fairly new, of good quality. The location is also not far from Bishkek downtown. But the best part was the awesome lady at the reception, which spoke very good English (not so common for Kyrgyzstan and the neighboring countries) and was extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. If I ever visit Bishkek again, this hotel will be on the top of my list.
