Otel temiz, personel ve şefleri gayet ilgili, müşteri ilişkilerinde güleryüzlü ve kibar. İş seyahatinde her türlü ihtiyacınızı eksiksiz karşılayabileceğiniz bir otel. Spa ve havuz tesislerini bizzat deneme şansım olmadı ama onlar da tertipli görünüyordu. Sorun aramak için çok fazla yüksek beklentilerde olmak lazım.

This is not even a 3 start place. Terrible hotel with poor standards. I was staying at the hotels for three days and they didn’t even change towels. I asked to do it but the hotel management ignored my request. Breakfast with cold eggs, instant made coffee and spoiled food. No mini bar or coffee maker in the room

The hotel is very nice. But the service from the staff was poor.

Everything was excellent (conditions, cleanliness, staff, food).

first of all ,this was not a 5 star hotel ,in the UK it would only be 2 star at the most. over priced at 210 US dollars a night. The room was not ready ,even though we informed them we would arrive early in the morning on Saturday , after booking room to start on Friday .The room was still not ready. The room itself very basic, no milk for coffee or tea. no safe in room ,which arrived when I requested it ,but could be picked up and moved so worthless. then at night there were terrible smells from the bathroom so we had to be moved to another room. facilities poor and not as advertised. avoid this over priced hotel . To get a taxi from hotel you had to wait at least 10 minutes. On one occasion we had breakfast in bed delivered but when food arrived it was only made for one person not the two of us. One positive thing was the staff were nice people and friendly but are not given a good hotel to work with but do their best. so overall -hugely disappointing , severely over priced, and definitely not a 5 star hotel. Will never stay there again as a result of this experience ,but as my partner lives in Bishkek I will find better ,cheaper hotels to stay at.

The room had a few problems but the staff was very helpful and took care of them right away.

During my stay JANNAT HOTEL is under renovation I stayed at 6th floor But in bath room, water pressure so weak, thus it was very inconvenientb to take shower. Except this everything was good

The Jannat Regency is a wonderful hotel located in southeastern Bishkek. Although it has a wonderful exterior, the interior has a few issues. Check-In - 2/5 Check-in was difficult. Had the wrong room key type, broken electronic lock (happened twice more during my stay), room wasn't cleaned from the previous occupant, and had no key for the power (you have to put a key card in a slot to have power in the room). The friendly concierge made that experience bearable. Management - 5/5 The manager was always helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. She was truly the brightest part of the stay. Staff - 5/5 The staff are friendly, helpful, and most can speak decent English. They were always ready to assist me whenever I was in need. Housekeeping - 2/5 Staff sometimes enters the room without knocking and sometimes barely cleans. I think the sheets were changed once during my stay, and I don't think the top cover was changed at all. Most times, cleaning staff did not arrive until after 3:00 PM. Room - 3/5 Comfy bed and nice design, but wireless is spotty. TV reception also cut in and out all the time. I had to reset the cable box to get it to work again, but only from anywhere between 2 minutes and 2 hours. Check-Out - 5/5 Just had to drop off my key card, say my room, and the hotel had already arranged for a shuttle to take me and another group to the airport. Amenities - 3/5 Great breakfast buffet. Need clearer location directions for in-house amenities.

Great stay the staff was great always wanting to help me and my wife with any information we needed about the area. Food was great, breakfast was the best but the eggs were a bit overcooked i guess they do not know how to cook over medium everything was hard fried LOL! Room was very clean was there for a week and never had any troubles with the cleaning crew. Had a great view of the country from the balcony viewing the mountains what a site. Security was great felt very safe. The price was a bit high for a country that almost everything was so cheap. Only flaw i saw was there was construction behind the building kinda of a eye soar. Took many pictures of the area wish i could share them but files are so big sorry for not posting them.

The service, cleanliness and facilities of this hotel were all first class. The cuisine from the kitchen was excellent, it is a shame that no-one but me seemed to dine there. It is true that some of the breakfast dishes were a little far from Western tastes, but there was plenty of choice, so you could always find something to suit. The only drawback is that it is a 15-20 minute taxi-ride to the town centre. Reception are always happy to call you a taxi and advise you of the cost in advance. The view of the snow clad mountains at the edge of town was just a bonus.
