The hotel is located in the center of old town. No elevator except the main building which means you need to carry your luggage up to the stairs. Tips are needed while you need the help from staff.

住宿地點非常好，房間也乾淨，應該有翻新過。夜晚也安靜。基本上沒什麼機會跟服務人員互動，公寓式住宿還不錯，沒有電梯。

Erinomainen sijainti. Aamiainen hyvä ja monipuolinen. Kylpyhuoneessa hyvin laskutilaa tavaroille, mutta kylpyamme on turha ja hankala. Huone oli siisti ja tilava.

Rent hotel liggende i et roligt område lige midt i den gamle bydel. Hjælpsomt personale og alt fungerede. Kan varmt anbefales. Villiam

El hotel sin duda tiene una ubicación privilegiada a pasos de todas las atracciones más importantes de Riga. Sin embargo en Riga todo es fácil de acceder a pie. El desayuno se toma en el restaurante del frente y está bien. Con respecto al check in, el personal no se esfuerza mucho por explicarte la ubicación de los 7 diferentes edificios y tampoco hay nadie en la entrada del hotel orientando a los huéspedes. El edificio no tenía ascensor, por lo que hay que subir las maletas por las escaleras 3 pisos. Un hotel 4 estrellas, con un precio que no es barato y que no tenga personal que te suba las maletas sin que sea opcional la verdad me dejó mucho que desear. La habitación cómoda , en un antiguo ático, muy caliente que para el invierno pienso estaría bien, con aire acondicionado poco amigable de usar, el servicio de limpieza es muy random, de pronto te cambian las toallas pero no hacen la cama o viceversa. Le doy 4 estrellas por la ubicación pero realmente he recibido mejor servicio en hoteles 2 o 3 estrellas y pagando una tercera parte.

Perfekter Aufenthalt! Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Apartment war groß, modern und das Bett sehr bequem. Ich kann das Hotel bestens empfehlen.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Stoßzeiten zum Frühstück sollte man besser meiden, da man sonst mitunter länger auf freie Plätze, Geschirr, manche Essensbestandteile oder Kaffee warten muss.

Had a wonderful stay. Friendly and helpful reception, clean and large room and a nice breakfast area with good food. And on top of that an excellent location!

Die Lage des Hotels in einmalig. Alles befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man ist wirklich mittendrin! Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Tip: Falls ihr ein Bolt vom Flughafen nehmt, schreibt den Namen des Hotels in die Buchung. Man kann aufgrund der Lage in der Altstadt die Adresse nicht direkt auswählen. Einen Mietwagen be- und entladen ist ebenfalls kurz möglich. Parken in der Umgebung ist sehr teuer.

Good location in old town if that’s where you’d like to be. Clean room and spacious (we had exec room). Check in / out no problem. Breakfast is ok.

Hyvä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla vanhassa kaupungissa. Lentokentältä saapuvat bussit pysähtyvät Stockmannin tavaratalon kohdalla, josta kävelee viitisen minuuttia hotellille. Myös rautatie- ja linja-autoasemat ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Maittava runsas aamiainen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Lovely layout of hotel in a converted convent, reflecting the style and the mood of the city. Excellent location, helpful and attentive staff, good quality, plentiful breakfast with many options Minor gripes: Could have done with a covering for the glass window above door of apartment, as the light shines through. Also could have done with some directions/layout of the courtyard before arrival, the taxi dropped me off outside St peters church due to access (narrow cobbled streets so abit confusing at 11 pm) Overall a great choice and great value for money would 💯% recommend 👌

Tolle Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Kloster, schöne Zimmer, perfekte Lage, sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Einfach top!!!
