Extremt trevlig personal, generös frukost, bra parkering

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli hieman hankalaa. Olin varannut kolme huonetta ja jokainen piti maksaa erikseen vaikka kerroin heti alussa, että maksan kaikki. Meillä oli varattuna kaksi kolmen hengen huonetta, joista puuttuivat ne kolmannet vuoteet. Toinen huone oli niin pieni ettei sinne olisi edes mahtunut kolmas sänky, mutta huone onneksi vaihdettiin isompaan. Respan tyttö valitti olevansa ylityöllistetty. Varmaankin oli, kun yksin näytti olevan työssä. Huoneista puuttui tietenkin myös kolmannen pyyhkeet, niitä piti pariin kertaan pyytää. Huoneet olivat siistit. Kylpyhuone oli todella isolla ammeella varustettu, oli erillinen suihkukaappi ja oli myös erillinen wc. Kylppäristä siis plussaa hotellille. Aamupala oli niukahko hotellin tasoon nähden mielestäni. Mutta ihan ok. Kuitti yöpymisestä piti tulla sähköpostiini, ei tullut. Pieniä juttuja, mutta harmittavaa pyydellä jälkikäteen uudelleen. Hotellin sijainti oli huippuhyvä! Sanoisin arvioinniksi 3/5

Henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt, eikä hymyillyt. Kuntosalihuoneen juoksumaton jumputus oli hirveä, koska huoneemme oli juuri se alla. Huone perushuone, vähän vanhahtava.

Zimmer war okay, die Dame am Empfang hat uns nicht gesagt das der TV nicht funktioniert und meinte Sie schickt jemanden, am nächsten Tag erfuhr ich das es komplett defekt war und Sie hätte mir das sagen können, das Zimmer war okay, Duschkopf war sehr alt und abgenutzt, Staub auf dem Zimmer -

This hotel is one of our favorites in Riga. The meal in the morning is great and the people are fantastic, but the hotel itself is getting very dated and worn down.

Very comfortable hotel, classic style and great service, everything works smoothly, loved the breakfast and the peaceful feeling in the BF area, rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, location couldn’t be better near old town and city center, easy parking

Great location very clean lovely breakfast

Excellent stay at this hotel. Reasonable sized room and bathroom. Only downside was advised on check in that breakfast was €15 per day which we booked. 4 days later we were charged €20 per day.

The stay is pleasant because of the helpful staff. The room needs renovation as the air conditioning has knocking sounds. It's clean and the facilities are acceptable with kettle and coffee/ tea. The location is excellent.

Goed centraal gelegen hotel, tussen de oude stad en Center. Op zich in goede staat. Het duurde twee dagen voordat onze slecht werkende airco werd gerepareerd, dat was niet goed
