La chambre nécessitait clairement un rafraîchissement ou, à minima, un nettoyage approfondi. La salle de bain était particulièrement négligée, avec des joints de baignoire très encrassés. L’état général de la pièce ne m’a pas inspiré confiance en matière d’hygiène, au point de m’abstenir de m’asseoir sur le canapé. Dommage, car l’hôtel avait un bon potentiel, mais la propreté est un critère essentiel pour un séjour agréable.

No parking space, terrible staff care, horrible experience

I stayed at Mayflower few times in the past few year. Very consistent good service and good value. Close to many places in Beirut and around the city.

Clean and well maintaned and fast service, good for people without a car and prefer walking

Ich hatte für uns als Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht, leider lagen die Zimmer nicht nebeneinander. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern war sehr schlecht.

Das Frühstück war Ausgezeichnet.

No coffee maker , TV remote no working , no breakfast included.

Hotel bien ubicado, falta mantenimiento en el mobiliario y actualizar sus terminados porque da aspecto a suciedad… Saludos

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, its super dirty, the air con doesn't work work. Had the worst time, don’t go to this hotel.

It is an old hotel, good location, rooms could need some more care. Especially, the bathroom. But clean and with a balcony.

The Mayflower is a landmark hotel. The exterior of the hotel is well maintained but the room neglected, particularly the bathroom and the shower. It needs major renovations.

Personnel réception potable... Petit déjeuner femme désagréable en plus le 3 café et payent mais on le dit pas... Chambre digne d'un hôtel de passe.. Et c'est pas mon premier hôtel à Beyrouth mais c'est la première fois aussi catastrophique.. Bref croyais moi 20$ la nuit c'est déjà trop cher...

I like the pool but the Balkon is dirty

The Mayflower was conveniently located for our needs but feels somewhat tired and needs a refresh in terms of some of the rooms we booked (our Junior Suite bathroom was very tired in particular, whereas the other room's bathrooms were much better). That said, the staff were always very helpful and the pub was a convenient spot to meet up and have a drink and the airport shuttle bus was a godsend for our party of six and all our luggage. Breakfast was okay (but not brilliant), although the evening meals were pretty sound and the proprietary beer decent. All in all we enjoyed our stay but there are better options in the same locale.

Sherif and the staff are amazing hosts. They make you feel like the mayflower is your home away from home. Anything you need or can’t find they will try and help you find it. An oasis of stability.

Quite decent. Worth the money paid. The area around ut has changed a bit... kind of expected. Hamra street used to be more lively.
